Well, losing helps people stay humble and learn from there mistakes, but since the left doesn't seem interested in doing that. I guess we shouldn't stop.

This was a bit back, but Peterson wasn't wrong with his suggestion, in so far as he doesn't want our society trying to destroy each other from the insides, it's not good for any of us. It would show great humility for one to concede after a victory, in an attempt to heal a fighting side. But he has said many times, thinking out idea's on what "might" be best, will offend someone people, that's what it means to think/speak, you risk offending people.
It was really foolish of people like Mark Dice to say what he did, but its normal how people just jump to their "sides", without engaging in the ideas. I think Peterson will see tho (and may have already), that we can't just capitulate to how crazy the left is being right now, it would be like giving in to toddler throwing a tantrum (even for the outcome of a moment of peace).

Oh, i agree, i'd prefer he keep the job also. That's why i added we shouldn't capitulate to them with this, but it wasn't the worst opinion for Peterson to toss out. When he is looking at whys to help the country as a whole work together.

They have a movie about her coming out later. I was arguing/debating people in the comments about how women were not being held down by men for most of history. And later on (after a few days) i listen to the whole trailer, and if it is accurate, the whole point of the movie fails as a "women empowerment" movie. As the law she brings up to fight against (laws like the tender years doctrine), was a law pushed by other women..... I laughed so hard at that point.

@Salacious Swanky Cat i was done with Owen a while ago (even tho he can do good work). I'm fine with anyone having a different opinion but he lets his emotions control his actions/words, and he gets to many things wrong its sad.

Ya, no one has to like everyone, its just difficult that so many i'm following solely agree with one person or another, and not even bothering to think about what is being said.

I'm in so many youtube videos talking to people about how they are taking away any context in what people are saying (things like what Peterson was trying to get across, even if his idea was faulty), just to dismiss everything said (its normal, but still annoying).

Authoritarianism is more likely inevitable in environmentalism, if people don't follow what they think is best. They will have to start controlling what people are able to do and not do.

I wouldn't really care who he collaborated with myself, as long as the person has good principles and hold to them.

Its always good to be smart about how we will treat this world. But that doesn't mean hurt the people living on it now, we will always get better at how we deal with renewable (technology wise) but right now, they cost more then they are worth.

Wind and solar is some what cheap (after we pushed so much money in it) but it needs to get way better. They take up to much room and does cause there own environment problems and we aren't very good at storing the energy. It gives us very little of are overall % of energy. which isn't bad but like i said it still needs to get a lot better.

Then his issue with Free Speech, and after he said sorry to Rogan (which was good, if not lacking). I thought maybe he would learn and not be irrational all the time. I'm still trying to learn why people think the NPC meme anything useful and not just lazy. Like i can say many good things about NPCs among other things.

While those are of note, that still does not encapsulate everything about npc's. In games they can be made poorly but also extremely well. Doing many useful and helpful things. I guess it would make more sense to say a poor/failed or broken npc.
(but i understand that's not how meme's work).

Well for me, that falls apart really fast, as even tho humans can be sheep (only doing what they have been told).
They still understand things, and reason out what it is they are agreeing to all the while (even if it is a faulty view).

I mean, if i can understand Why a person believes what they believe, i have a better chance of adjusting their views or even changing it. Does this analogy make me a hacker then? Breaking programming code heh.

Its also a insult, which fair enough people can say whatever they want. But i prefer the things i say to make sense :)

I'm just not a fan of it as when i think of a NPC, what comes to mind is all the characters i enjoy in video games.
So i find that a bit failing as a joke or insult, but oh well i guess some people enjoy it.
