Turns out they over exaggerate the side effects and Those only happen if you are a WWE wrestler or bodybuilder and take cycle after cycle instead of two cycles a year
I dont like taking anything like that
I just do it naturally
I haven’t before but I’m going to do one just to convert the extra weight that I’ve put on in the past eight months real quick and then go natural after that
No dude I will use science to be the best I can be
@NovaSoldier they're pinned in <#660538431629164544>
Thanks man
Just got the new weight bemch finally
Not quite the one I wanted, but I saved a bit getting this one
Now its just time to get some more weights for it
nice
Hey guys
I made a bet with a few friends and in order to win I need to raise my maximum 1 repetition bench press to at least 90 kilograms (198 pounds) . My current best is 75 kilograms (165 pounds). Do you think this is possible with a month of rigorous training/proper nutrition and sleep, do you have any advice?
Im sure ita possible, but dont know if its the best thing to do
Like 15kg in a month sounds like a lot
Anyone have any exercises that focus on back? I've been doing planks with my PC but that shit hurts
If you want a full upper and lower workout I can make one real quick, just let me know what equipment you have to work with
Shit I got this old as fuck bench and concrete weights. I've been benching, curling, squatting, shrugs, and dead lifting. Occasional push-ups, sit ups and planks. Just started leg raises today. I suppose all I really need to do is start cardio and side bridges. Anything else I should be doing?
You can do bent over rows and good mornings
Yw homie
Cant seem to break the 100 kg mark
Yooo I gotta get my ass in shape but I've got jack shit for equipment lmfao
Bodyweight excercises and running my guy. Or improvise gym equipment
I'm gonna be picking up a weight bench soonish, gotta fix my diet too
Squat rack is the most important thing, it can be used for every lift
Even without a bench
I would say rock some glute bridges as well.
And incorporating lunges into your routine. You can overload the legs without causing too much spinal compression
@Trash Squid u got info on meal prepping
Ya just depends on the style of diet you want, it's pretty easy to do, just grab a pack of meal prep containers and cook up some brown rice, veggies and chicken if your cutting
Its mostly about measuring out the macros and cal. per dish and making sure you are hitting them
Since for some weird reason myfitnesspal wont work im gonna update my weight every day that i can
we just flexin on muhhhfuggas
anyways here's wonderwall
I'm almost there boys. I want to get under 200lbs and I weigh 204.3lbs. It's taken months to get here but it feels great 👍
