Like 15kg in a month sounds like a lot

2020-01-21 21:13:09 UTC

Anyone have any exercises that focus on back? I've been doing planks with my PC but that shit hurts

2020-01-21 21:49:01 UTC

If you want a full upper and lower workout I can make one real quick, just let me know what equipment you have to work with

2020-01-22 02:43:59 UTC

Shit I got this old as fuck bench and concrete weights. I've been benching, curling, squatting, shrugs, and dead lifting. Occasional push-ups, sit ups and planks. Just started leg raises today. I suppose all I really need to do is start cardio and side bridges. Anything else I should be doing?

2020-01-22 10:25:40 UTC

You can do bent over rows and good mornings

2020-01-22 14:51:58 UTC

Alright I'll add those today. Thanks squid

2020-01-22 16:31:58 UTC

2020-01-24 00:45:03 UTC

2020-01-24 17:54:51 UTC

Yooo I gotta get my ass in shape but I've got jack shit for equipment lmfao

2020-01-24 17:56:14 UTC

Bodyweight excercises and running my guy. Or improvise gym equipment

2020-01-24 18:14:50 UTC

I'm gonna be picking up a weight bench soonish, gotta fix my diet too

2020-01-24 20:12:35 UTC

Squat rack is the most important thing, it can be used for every lift

2020-01-24 20:12:41 UTC

Even without a bench

2020-01-24 22:43:47 UTC

I would say rock some glute bridges as well.

And incorporating lunges into your routine. You can overload the legs without causing too much spinal compression

2020-01-27 13:21:20 UTC

@Trash Squid u got info on meal prepping

2020-01-27 17:22:11 UTC

Ya just depends on the style of diet you want, it's pretty easy to do, just grab a pack of meal prep containers and cook up some brown rice, veggies and chicken if your cutting

2020-01-27 17:22:55 UTC

Its mostly about measuring out the macros and cal. per dish and making sure you are hitting them

2020-01-27 21:17:37 UTC

He basically says:

- Caring about how the body looks is a form of attachment which would bring suffering

- The reason why there's no point in exercising because the body is already decaying as a natural process

- For health he says Meditation would improve your health in the same way

- You should move your body like walking and doing your job, but exercise in itself is not necessary for a healthy life.
