Alrighty , so if you wanna build muscle and strength, then I'd eat 3k calories a day with the macros of 40% protein 30% carbs (good carbs) 30% healthy fats
As for workout, barbaric rites is an easy workout to follow and can be as hard as you want it to be
My diet is going to be... All over the place tbh. I don't really have the means to eat unless its given to me atm. However, what would some good meals be that fall into those parameters?
Meat in general, vegetables, brown rice, basically generally healthy foods
