ah though 'ignore charisma' in the options should be on I think, so more settlers will join than vanilla levels since its based on charisma which has a limit
also not sure if its the animations I got for it but apparently removing optics from the hunting rifle increases its fire rate?

I got the BF1 styled animations for the hunting rifle which are really nice
also technically auto fire if Im hip firing
with start me up you can choose traits and I chose gifted which is +2 to all my special but halves xp gain, also fast metabolism which said it doubles healing but also radiation and poison damage
which is probably why I get destroyed by poison
I can make like biohazard weaves on my armor but need perks I dont got
