I come to you gentlemen today to gripe. My wife has picked up a job, and a damn good one. Actually in the sphere she trained for, and actually so good i can't mention too much of it for fear of getting her in trouble. That being said, she came home in tears today. The diversity hire, a black-ish woman who hired in a few days after my wife, has managed to last a whole three months before playing the race card hard enough to make 30+ other people and a handful of overseers need to walk on eggshells, and the big boss had the thumbscrews put to him to watch after this poor, sad little woman of color.

Never mind that she's lazy, catty, and hated by virtue of her toxic personality by almost every other human with a pulse at the facility, she's managed to deep throat the she-cock of the only other female supervisor deep enough to basically do as she pleases. Apparently was told to stay over a few hours (insanely common there), she told the supervisor "well, we'll see.", went to her pet boss, and walked out a half hour early.

It just...sucks. My wife was the nicest of blue pills, and still believes in the basic goodness of people in many ways...she was all but crying, because she was angry that this darling little cunt is getting away with this crap because of said cunt, and her skin. Wife works her ass off to get where and what she has. She was angry at the injustice of it. Makes my heart bleed...makes everything in to even greater focus. It's never important until you yourself get mugged, eh?

I just wish she didn't have to deal with this. I feel bad enough that she's the one working, but there's a core to family: you protect them. I talk about this crap, and she sees it, but i didn't want her to slam in to it like this. Our area is around 90% white, the rest quiet migrants and localized, legal spics, so it's more...academic for a lot of us. We built the machines, the farms, the main gears that allowed the fine, refined coasts to blossom and grow. It's just so maddening to watch, I feel like I'm in They Live, but i can't take the goddamn glasses off...screaming for everyone to hear about what's right in front of them, yet nobody seems to understand.

It's going to sound sad...but i think you fellow, as well as the general madmen of the net, are likely one of the reasons i'm still somewhat sane.

You look about, see things as they stand...natural disasters, looming war, a wave of brown swallowing up civilization inch by inch, year by year. Riots, greed, blind lemming-envied suicidal idiocy (yes i know they don't really commit suicide en-mass, gimme my metaphor), it's hard to look around and hold faith up, sometimes. I hope this blooms, that we can carve something, even just a few linked enclaves, from this small clutch of loonies we have.

1917, 1939,1945, 1965, 1969 are all the big hits in my opinion. Its just far enough back now that it is essentially removed from living memory. Easy enough to rewrite the history books on all relevant subjects.
