I'd personally question the idea of regulation in relation to privacy to begun with
You know Facebook listens to and records your messanger voice chats?
Again. Facebook. Army of lawyers. They can adapt.
Startups can’t.
@Scale_e Make different laws for startups.
Easy
Can’t do that
They have economic scale on their side.
Case by case
That’s illegal
Indeed.
Not if you make it legal
You can’t make laws for specific companies
It’s unconstitutional
Nor should you
Well then your constitution is retarded
It’s pretty fkn evil tbh
Lmao
It should be about conduct generally not just one company
At least Nigel handled the prank well lmao
If your argument is "facebook can adapt better because of their money" then you arguing against companies being able to gain a certain size
Wasn't that "Mark" guy constantly getting on LBC somehow?
Tommy would have threatened to kill the dude on the phone
How tf does he get in so consistently?
Don't bother with Tyche; it's a central planner, who believes the State needs to micro-manage every facet of institution throughout society.
He just spends his time calling I guess
@Indra_11 So are tax brackets unconstitutional, because not everyone pays the same percentages. It's the same principle.
Rule 1 of regulation should be try not to hurt the income of the companies and therefor the economy but I'd prefer it if Facebook didn't record my messenger voice calls
Make tax flat
Simple
And then sell that or whatever
Do not make tax flat
Tax does need to be flat
Wtf
or flatter
I'm pro flat tax ever since I planned out my future
And saw the kind of tax I'd be paying with a highly skilled job
Flat may be justice, but it's also gonna lead to communist revolutions.
That’s a sure fire way to fuck the middle class even more
You cannot fund public services by taking half your population out of paying tax, especially when globalisation is crushing wages down to the lowest common denominator
