Tbh, a lot of that racism map just seems to coincide with the amount of conflict wherein sides can more often then not be identified by ethnicity but also with places where Islam's aggressiveness, both internal and external, informs ppl's identities.
On the other hand the places that are the most non-racist are South America because everyone is mixed race and has been for centuries and places taken over by the virus of political correctness. So I'm gonna go with : as with pretty much all self-report based shit, this basically means nothing.
