discord bans randomly now, and now telegram is starting to do the same. Best too get the word out, head them off at the pass, and not be there when they decide they don't want you around anymore.
I'm recommending trying out Wired, see if that's a viable alternative to both. There big on end to end encryption and privacy of use.

Sadly that requirs effort, resources, time and information, which you may not have in combination if you just got doxxed.
