They are virtually identical to the Liberals on every important issue, yes they are probably 1% better then the Liberals, that doesn't matter because as long as we have a party consensus like this this country is fucked.
because we lack the ability to just vote "no competence" in all parties, what ever out come happens those who do not vote a presumably fine with it. as almost half of all eligible voters never turn out anyways.
you want to change the conservatives party? join them, talk to your local conservative candidate, head on down to one of the party offices and spend a day off just chatting with people. that will do a million times more than just not voting will.
I did litterally all that and they are far worse then when I was first a Conservative member
I was the number one volunteer for my local Conservative candidate.
They will not change if they win this election. The vast majority of their base wants less immigration and they want more
They party needs to be seriously damaged
then your tactics were ineffective. or, as good ol mad max has implied, they party is broken to its core and unsalvageable. if it is the former, not votging will do nothing, if it is the latter, not voting will do nothing.
I am voting for the PPC
I'm saying if you can't vote for any of them you shouldn't vote at all.
Same here. but if i did not have a PPC candidate in the area, i would vote for the candidate i thought would represent me and my area the best. whether that was a con lib or ndp
and yes 'nothing' is MUCH better then saying you are okay with the Conservative Party as it exists today
a lack of a vote is only important in places where voting is mandatory. in places like canada that have between a 60-70% voter turn out. It means so little as to mean nothing.
any time i did not want to vote for one of the ruling parties, i always voted one of the numerous independent parties that pop up everywhere. i was one of maybe 1000 votes in my area for the Canadian libertarian party last time round.

At 24:36 he goes over the psychology of the leftist mindset. It's pretty interesting.

3 more days fellow leafs
i am prepared to vote for the PPC in my station
@Aleeacerix the Gaul(Velissarios) It's almost as if they get all their opinions from cpgrey
there's no way that the PPC is winning in my riding
the same conservative guy has been elected for as long as I can remember
if you are in a cpc dominated area where hes likely going to win regardless you can start saying you will purposely vote for anyone that could possibly beat them to beat the cpc until they stop disrespecting their base
Coalition governments are just as shitty.

god, end me
I know right
The CBC were dead things go to rape the public
my most feared outcome in this election is Scheer leading the country for the next 4 years, as it'll pretty much just be the same destructive policies as the past 4 years, but under a Conservative government that'll push everyone right back to the Liberals, especially with the left consolidating to get rid of a Conservative government like they did with Trudeau to get rid of Harper, and like the Cons are trying to get the right to do with Scheer to get rid of Harper
the way I see it, voting NDP, Green, or Liberal is a vote for 4 more years of leftist policies, a vote for Scheer is a vote for 8 more years of leftism, just slightly less radical for the first 4
unfortunately, my most feared outcome seems to be the exact direction we're headed
i think it will be minorty govt, liberals will attempt to form get defeated, attempt to form collation with ndp but it will be very strained and probably wont last long
then we will have another election within a year or 2
I'm hoping that's what happens, seems like best chance to see a PPC government
is it today yet?
