I don't look it but I flutter between 155 and 157lbs. I have muscle mass but too much body fat. Trying to shred it off.

i usually stay around 168 ish but thats reasonable for the body fat %

Very good for you, it is possible to get absolutely shredded with calisthenics and visibly cool to watch. (Headstand push-ups, tumbling, muscle-ups, etc.) I save body weight exercises after i finish cardio.
My training usually goes weight lifting, cardio, body weight, stretching.
