I follow a 6 day program
Monday Chest/arms heavy
Tuesday Lower body heavy
Wednesday Back and shoulders heavy
Thursday chest arms light
Friday lower body light
Saturday shoulders and back light
Sunday rest
1 hour of conditioning each working day.

make sure to do more than just deadlifts for back, its insanely unique muscle
