yeah key is to limit rests between sets to 60 seconds no more

Monday Chest/arms heavy
Tuesday Lower body heavy
Wednesday Back and shoulders heavy
Thursday chest arms light
Friday lower body light
Saturday shoulders and back light
Sunday rest
1 hour of conditioning each working day.

I'm an old guy, still wanna start pushing myself though
I wouldn’t waste money on weights at home, even though I have a home gym. I should have just gotten a gym membership
I spend 2grand on gym equipment at the house and my gym membership is only $3 bucks a month..
And the gym has a plethora of equipment to use.
I live in a suburb and have three underage children, unrealistic for me to think i'll get my money out of a gym membership
also, when the boy hits the T stage, they'll be there for him too
just get a barbell weights and dumbbells
and a bench
that's what i do
kids can lift weights too - it's a myth that it stunts their growth

use them for front raises, upright row, tris, bis, etc.
