if you don't have a bench just lay on an exercise ball or the floor

i recommend this article to anyone, helped me reach my 2x bodyweight deadlift
i had to cut the deads - i am mostly doing cables now that i'm in the gym
i change it up every 8 weeks
take one week in between - no more no less - do deload
but now that i have gym access i can do leg press and cable rows, etc.
doing mostly 5x5 heavy leg presses to built testosterone - can't skip leg day bc those are very large muscles
