@everyone
Is life fair? Do you get what you deserve?

BIBLICAL QUESTION

2018-10-28 14:14:18 UTC

My answer: Yes

2018-10-28 14:15:16 UTC

Karma is a bitch - but that is only fair....

2018-10-28 14:16:31 UTC

Yes, any life is better than no life.

Nature has a way of dealing the cards differently for each person, it is called diversity.

Making the most with what you are given is the life experience.

Wait, that means life is not fair, and we should just deal with it. 🤔

2018-10-28 14:17:04 UTC

There are a Handful of Parables and stories in the Bible that show that.

2018-10-28 14:33:20 UTC

Life is not fair

2018-10-28 14:42:11 UTC

we get what we deserve but not always what we _think_ we deserve.

2018-10-28 14:50:11 UTC

I would say yes. A lot of times in our ego minds we feel that life isn't fair, but it really is

2018-10-28 14:51:03 UTC

It's fair bc God makes it just. Even for a transgression in our last life, we pay for in this one. Karmas always balance, so I think life is fair

2018-10-29 04:41:48 UTC

My answer is: No
The wages of sin is death, I only deserve death, God loves me more than I deserve 🛐

2018-10-29 06:41:44 UTC

but that's your mind talking. "of ourselves we know nothing, of ourselves we can do nothing" - Jesse

2018-10-29 10:37:55 UTC

^

2018-10-29 11:12:40 UTC

Jesse also says that when we judge ourselves then we playin God and our daddy is the devil, not children of God.

2018-10-29 11:14:08 UTC

he has a great YouTube channel or two, you folks should check them out.

2018-10-29 16:27:34 UTC

No, life isn’t fair.

2018-10-29 22:33:35 UTC

Scripture says the wages of sin is death, and we cannot earn the grace required to escape the surety of our wages

2018-10-29 22:33:45 UTC

grace = unmerited favor

2018-10-29 22:34:17 UTC

So I was not judging myself, rather God says this about all mankind, we are fallen and born into sin

2018-10-29 22:34:38 UTC

and then it is all downhill from there, until the light of Jesus shines through 😃

2018-11-02 02:21:47 UTC

Life is a struggle toward work and devotion to Christ.

Biblical question of the week: How does a male become a man, and a female become a woman?

2018-11-05 17:23:14 UTC

A male becomes a man by learning to take care of himself, and by learning the ability to provide for himself, and translating that into action. A female becomes a woman when she becomes a mother and a wife.

2018-11-07 16:19:03 UTC

^^

2018-11-07 20:13:06 UTC

Man - becomes a man by holding himself and only himself accountable for his actions and success, and carrying himself without anger or sorrow

2018-11-07 20:14:26 UTC

Female - becomes woman by accepting that the most important thing they can do is have kids and raise them with strong values to keep their family alive

2018-11-07 21:11:02 UTC

^^

2018-11-07 21:11:11 UTC

Yess

2018-11-08 15:10:26 UTC

I like those answers, but because of recent sociopolitical climates I'm pressed to say: They are born male and female, and then they grow up and become biologically mature

2018-11-08 15:10:36 UTC

hehe

2018-11-08 16:29:15 UTC

Lol shame we can't think deeply about things anymore

I see them as always voting Democrat even though they say they are Christian. They also turn around and surprise me a lot, like Kanye. Also I think they have deep souls and also are emotional.

2018-11-19 14:54:10 UTC

That’s insightful

2018-11-19 14:54:13 UTC

The last part I mean

2018-11-19 14:54:20 UTC

I agree with that last part a lot

2018-11-19 14:54:44 UTC

Kanye said it that time he met with trump— that blacks are an emotional & prideful people

2018-11-19 14:55:08 UTC

When you look at their actions and behaviors as a whole, whether positive or negative you see that

2018-11-19 15:03:08 UTC

Let me answer it in the framework of “black Americans.” I see them as troubled and divided amongst themselves. Most, not all, urban blacks are misguided, dumbed down, and put too much emphasis on material belongings and fake idols, albeit rappers or athletes. I hope more can return to the values, such as christianity, humility, family, and patriotism. This is their country too and perhaps they should act like it and take care of it. Urban black culture has overshadowed the blacks who live wholesome and hardworking lives. It is that part of the culture that people associate black culture with, which is unfair to blacks who don’t come from or conform with that upbringing.
