@Mitch Connor i dont remember why i took it, but it made me feel really smooth, hard to describe. after a month or so it didn't seem to do much, maybe theres a tolerance thing, but i will buy it again soon i think.

2018-09-27 17:36:19 UTC

I get anxiety and then it turns into full anxiety attacks from me over thinking it

2018-09-27 17:36:33 UTC

So I guess that would be all in my head

2018-09-27 17:36:46 UTC

@Mitch Connor i used to get panic attacks. but i learned a trick that made them stop bothering me

2018-09-27 17:37:01 UTC

Oh please tell

2018-09-27 17:37:41 UTC

its really simple. once you notice you are having a panic attack, just realize that is as bad as it really gets.

2018-09-27 17:38:03 UTC

i stopped getting them after i learned how to use that trick

2018-09-27 17:38:24 UTC

they would try to pop up sometimes, but they "gave up" cause they realized i was wise to their crap

2018-09-27 17:39:17 UTC

All I do now is keep repeating to myself that it's just a panic attack and that I'm not gonna die....and I just stop being a bitch and just deal with the 2 hours of chest pain and hard breathing

2018-09-27 17:39:19 UTC

i read about that trick online. it's hardly even a trick really

2018-09-27 17:40:03 UTC

I guess that's the same trick

2018-09-27 17:40:33 UTC

well, you could really be in a med emergency like congestive heart failure, but the solution to that is, realize that one day you'll die, so tell that bastard death to come and take you!

2018-09-27 17:40:48 UTC

But I used to get them all the time...it's been a little over a month since I've had one

2018-09-27 17:41:32 UTC

sometimes stressful thoughts can cause instant issues

2018-09-27 17:41:41 UTC

Hold up....you can die from a panic attack?

2018-09-27 17:42:27 UTC

no. don't be afraid to die by the way. don't try to die or anything, but don't sweat it. just think about where you were before you were born.

2018-09-27 17:43:15 UTC

In my father's nut sac? That doesn't help my dude

2018-09-27 17:43:38 UTC

what are you? are you a body or are you a thought?

2018-09-27 17:44:06 UTC

whats the "you" part of you?

2018-09-27 17:44:43 UTC

dna might be a structure made by the process of life, but i don't know if DNA is alive. isn't it like a code?

2018-09-27 17:45:06 UTC

I don't know

2018-09-27 17:45:10 UTC

I guess

2018-09-27 17:45:43 UTC

you could say "I am sick" or "I am happy" or "I am rich" or "i am poor"
but the "i" never changes

2018-09-27 17:46:11 UTC

Thinking about before you were born means not existing...That's not a good thought for me

2018-09-27 17:46:45 UTC

the fear comes from a feeling of separation, which is really false, because there is no escape from the universe that i am aware of.

2018-09-27 17:47:42 UTC

we are just awareness, that's all. we may tend to a crop of different ideas or DNA codes, but we are just attention in the raw.

2018-09-27 17:48:07 UTC

That's a bit to Buddhist for me

2018-09-27 17:48:11 UTC

the part that makes us different from machines is that we are aware

2018-09-27 17:48:27 UTC

machines are just dead stuff that moves around

2018-09-27 17:48:56 UTC

but living beings are aware

2018-09-27 17:49:25 UTC

whatever we direct our attention to, it creates an image in our mind.

2018-09-27 17:49:40 UTC

the mind does not occupy space in the 3 dimensions. where is the mind?

2018-09-27 17:50:12 UTC

the mind is a phenomenon, meaning it is difficult to define

2018-09-27 17:50:49 UTC

Jesse says "know thyself"

2018-09-27 17:51:03 UTC

You sure you dont have a cute asthma @Mitch Connor

2018-09-27 17:51:05 UTC

if you fail to do that, then expect suffering etc

2018-09-27 17:51:11 UTC

Acute* wtf phone that's a word

2018-09-27 17:59:43 UTC

@Mitch Connor You know when Jesse says "know thy self"?

2018-09-27 17:59:52 UTC

what do you think he means?

2018-09-27 18:01:26 UTC

@Deleted User nothing cute about asthma my dude

2018-09-27 18:02:18 UTC

@Mitch Connor I'm not really trying to get you to think. I'm just saying all that's needed is to look. to watch and see.
