its really simple. once you notice you are having a panic attack, just realize that is as bad as it really gets.
i stopped getting them after i learned how to use that trick
they would try to pop up sometimes, but they "gave up" cause they realized i was wise to their crap
All I do now is keep repeating to myself that it's just a panic attack and that I'm not gonna die....and I just stop being a bitch and just deal with the 2 hours of chest pain and hard breathing
i read about that trick online. it's hardly even a trick really

well, you could really be in a med emergency like congestive heart failure, but the solution to that is, realize that one day you'll die, so tell that bastard death to come and take you!

the fear comes from a feeling of separation, which is really false, because there is no escape from the universe that i am aware of.
we are just awareness, that's all. we may tend to a crop of different ideas or DNA codes, but we are just attention in the raw.
