the schooling I am taking is also still a diploma through a college here in Canada, I think it's pretty indepth and I like it, I will never stop learning !

Some holistic practices work for me and others dont. *shrug* I will say that apple cigar vinegar for mouth issues is a life saver.

Only thing I relly take is valerian root for my anxiety....idk if my anxiety goes away on its own or if the valerian root actually helps.
I smoke that dank herb to help my anxiety

Anxiety is all mental so my theory is that if you relly believe some herbs do help then your anxiety will go away

@Mitch Connor i dont remember why i took it, but it made me feel really smooth, hard to describe. after a month or so it didn't seem to do much, maybe theres a tolerance thing, but i will buy it again soon i think.

@Mitch Connor i used to get panic attacks. but i learned a trick that made them stop bothering me

its really simple. once you notice you are having a panic attack, just realize that is as bad as it really gets.
i stopped getting them after i learned how to use that trick
they would try to pop up sometimes, but they "gave up" cause they realized i was wise to their crap
All I do now is keep repeating to myself that it's just a panic attack and that I'm not gonna die....and I just stop being a bitch and just deal with the 2 hours of chest pain and hard breathing

well, you could really be in a med emergency like congestive heart failure, but the solution to that is, realize that one day you'll die, so tell that bastard death to come and take you!
