Learning is an ever growing process.

2018-09-27 15:29:35 UTC

Oh rly ?

2018-09-27 16:29:44 UTC

Yarly

If "holistic" Is a part of your studies, no thanks. Call me crazy but I'll pop an ibuprofen before chewing some ginger root any day.

2018-09-27 17:20:12 UTC

We all have our own way of doing things ma man, I guess ibuprofen just didn't do the trick for me . Whatever works hey, in the name of good health

2018-09-27 17:27:40 UTC

@Deleted User lol same here dude

2018-09-27 17:27:52 UTC

That's fair

2018-09-27 17:28:22 UTC

Some holistic practices work for me and others dont. *shrug* I will say that apple cigar vinegar for mouth issues is a life saver.

2018-09-27 17:30:28 UTC

Yeah I don't relly believe in all that Chinese medicine stuff

2018-09-27 17:31:45 UTC

Only thing I relly take is valerian root for my anxiety....idk if my anxiety goes away on its own or if the valerian root actually helps.

2018-09-27 17:32:13 UTC

I smoke that dank herb to help my anxiety

2018-09-27 17:32:16 UTC

@Mitch Connor Rhodiola Rosea did something for me, noticably

2018-09-27 17:32:44 UTC

@J_G_ never heard of that...I'll look into it

2018-09-27 17:33:39 UTC

Anxiety is all mental so my theory is that if you relly believe some herbs do help then your anxiety will go away

2018-09-27 17:34:05 UTC

Anxiety is physiological no?

2018-09-27 17:34:21 UTC

I mean fight or flight instincts right?

2018-09-27 17:34:45 UTC

I don't think so atleast not my anxiety

2018-09-27 17:34:54 UTC

Fair enough.

2018-09-27 17:34:54 UTC

@Mitch Connor i dont remember why i took it, but it made me feel really smooth, hard to describe. after a month or so it didn't seem to do much, maybe theres a tolerance thing, but i will buy it again soon i think.

2018-09-27 17:36:19 UTC

I get anxiety and then it turns into full anxiety attacks from me over thinking it

2018-09-27 17:36:33 UTC

So I guess that would be all in my head

2018-09-27 17:36:46 UTC

@Mitch Connor i used to get panic attacks. but i learned a trick that made them stop bothering me

2018-09-27 17:37:01 UTC

Oh please tell

2018-09-27 17:37:41 UTC

its really simple. once you notice you are having a panic attack, just realize that is as bad as it really gets.

2018-09-27 17:38:03 UTC

i stopped getting them after i learned how to use that trick

2018-09-27 17:38:24 UTC

they would try to pop up sometimes, but they "gave up" cause they realized i was wise to their crap

2018-09-27 17:39:17 UTC

All I do now is keep repeating to myself that it's just a panic attack and that I'm not gonna die....and I just stop being a bitch and just deal with the 2 hours of chest pain and hard breathing

2018-09-27 17:39:19 UTC

i read about that trick online. it's hardly even a trick really

2018-09-27 17:40:03 UTC

I guess that's the same trick

2018-09-27 17:40:33 UTC

well, you could really be in a med emergency like congestive heart failure, but the solution to that is, realize that one day you'll die, so tell that bastard death to come and take you!

2018-09-27 17:40:48 UTC

But I used to get them all the time...it's been a little over a month since I've had one

2018-09-27 17:41:32 UTC

sometimes stressful thoughts can cause instant issues

2018-09-27 17:41:41 UTC

Hold up....you can die from a panic attack?

2018-09-27 17:42:27 UTC

no. don't be afraid to die by the way. don't try to die or anything, but don't sweat it. just think about where you were before you were born.

2018-09-27 17:43:15 UTC

In my father's nut sac? That doesn't help my dude

2018-09-27 17:43:38 UTC

what are you? are you a body or are you a thought?

2018-09-27 17:44:06 UTC

whats the "you" part of you?

2018-09-27 17:44:43 UTC

dna might be a structure made by the process of life, but i don't know if DNA is alive. isn't it like a code?

2018-09-27 17:45:06 UTC

I don't know

2018-09-27 17:45:10 UTC

I guess

2018-09-27 17:45:43 UTC

you could say "I am sick" or "I am happy" or "I am rich" or "i am poor"
but the "i" never changes
