a dozen eggs in the morning

2017-12-10 18:53:50 UTC

That’s the breakfast of champions

2017-12-10 18:53:50 UTC

It's very easy to hit 2500+ daily if you eat high fat foods

2017-12-10 18:54:12 UTC

sautee all your meals in butter

2017-12-10 18:54:29 UTC

Even my yogurt?

2017-12-10 18:54:30 UTC

Vegetarian is like physique hard mode

2017-12-10 18:54:32 UTC

yes

2017-12-10 18:54:35 UTC

especially your yogurt

2017-12-10 18:54:38 UTC

:O

2017-12-10 18:54:44 UTC

You need to lift along with this too. But only lightly. I dont mean to sound offensive but you may be too thin to really push yourself in the gym at this point

2017-12-10 18:54:59 UTC

generally avoiding meat is a good habit to get into in my opinion

2017-12-10 18:55:00 UTC

I lift at work

2017-12-10 18:55:02 UTC

especially read meat

2017-12-10 18:55:09 UTC

Never even been in a gym

2017-12-10 18:55:16 UTC

I eat 4 bowls of oatmeal a day. I eat chicken pork tuna and beef with rice or pasta. Also to trick your metabolism you have to eat more frequently.

2017-12-10 18:55:18 UTC

Closest one is 45 minutes away

2017-12-10 18:55:20 UTC

the gym would echo with the sound of a snapping tree branch

2017-12-10 18:55:52 UTC

We have some equipment at work

2017-12-10 18:55:54 UTC

I would get dumbells and use those at home. There's plenty of exercises you can do that can build mass with dumbells.

2017-12-10 18:56:03 UTC

So I use it and work out with my coworkers

2017-12-10 18:56:14 UTC

can you deadlift at work?

2017-12-10 18:56:17 UTC

Ive not had a gym membership in over a year I work out at home and have a very physical job. But you need to be doing the biggest lifts that you can.

2017-12-10 18:56:25 UTC

focusing on bulking your center mass is what you want

2017-12-10 18:56:32 UTC

target your core imo

2017-12-10 18:56:32 UTC

Adjustable dumbbells, pull-up bar, elliptical

2017-12-10 18:56:44 UTC

I have no idea what a deadlift is tbh

2017-12-10 18:56:56 UTC

or bench presses

2017-12-10 19:10:57 UTC

A push away from men eating red meat is a ploy by the globalists to weaken strong men.

2017-12-10 19:12:18 UTC
2017-12-10 19:12:25 UTC

If you stop eatint red meat, little vaginas grow all over your body.

2017-12-10 19:12:41 UTC

2017-12-10 19:13:12 UTC

The push to eat red meat is a ploy by globalist to destroy the ecology of our homelands and make us obese and defenseless

2017-12-10 19:13:58 UTC

How does eating red meat make you obese? Is it not the sugar epidemic thats included in most foods these days?

2017-12-10 19:14:08 UTC
