2021-02-16 02:08:20 UTC

Actually, you can make these with minimal ingredients

2021-02-16 02:08:34 UTC

The dough is flour, water and a pinch of salt

2021-02-16 02:08:37 UTC

my solution, dont be hungry

2021-02-16 02:09:01 UTC

XD I'm always hungry. When you weightlift, not eating really isn't an option

2021-02-16 02:09:07 UTC

2021-02-16 02:09:22 UTC

2021-02-16 02:09:52 UTC

I made these mostly for family and because I enjoy cooking

2021-02-16 02:13:15 UTC

damn

2021-02-16 02:29:23 UTC

Quick tip. Always look first to calculate your BMR. Not BMI (body mass index). BMR (basal metabolic rate) is how many calories you burn in a 24 hour period at a sedentary state. That is your foundation for all macros and meal planning

2021-02-16 02:33:51 UTC

sedentary huh

2021-02-16 02:34:58 UTC

Yes

2021-02-16 02:36:16 UTC

After you know how many calories you burn per day by doing practically nothing, add in different factors like rate of activity and goals (bulking, cutting, maintaining)

2021-02-16 04:18:22 UTC

2021-02-16 04:23:58 UTC

There's a whole formula but this is faster by a long shot

So I started using Kosher salt but I find that it doesn't break down and I'm left with crystals of salt in my food. For example, I made garlic in foil (beheaded the garlic, poured on olive oil, K salt and black pepper and wrapped it all up in foil. Baked at 490° for about 45 min) The garlic came out so good, but their are pieces of salt which I don't really want.
Any ,suggestions?

Kosher Sea Salt, Coarse

2021-02-16 16:03:00 UTC

Flakey sea salt, or Himalaya salt is the best👌🏼 i dont know what kosher salt is, but is all salt not the same mineral? Maybe they added iodine and something to make it not stick together, and thats whats left? What makes it kosher? Something is added?
