@bress222 I divide my workdays into a schedule of 2 hour work blocks, with 30 min breaks (maybe an extra 30 minutes for lunch if needed)

I’ve been doing bicep curls squats and sit ups 3 sets of 14 at least once but usually twice or three times daily for a month but I’m seeing no progress in terms of how much my torso jiggles, how long until I can see something, I just want a little definition it’ll be a huge motivator to continue

Too busy for gym, stem degree + 16hr part time job, I go in summer when classes are off but last year I was just doing cardio. Must I wait for summer ?

I have a barbel set that goes up to 20kg and I live alone and have a lot of floor space so I was hoping I’d be able to make a lot of progress just at my place

I’m cutting carbs where possible but I’m skinny fat I can’t afford to lose much weight so do I just lift a lot or do I need some cardio?
Personally I do intermittent fasting but still eat the same more or less and have lost quite a bit of fat in a short time
