It has been dying out for years, both of my parents are in the old media and they've seen layoffs consistantly for a while now.

there have been news companies for a long time which were there purely to propagate bullshit, they make no money off their work, they're just propped up by backers

The internet made it harder to sell newspapers and you earn less from ads online

even though propaganda has become extremely obvious and shit, it really worries me that a significant number of people still fall for it.

Every other news site would try to fuck it over, because not everyone could do it because then they wouldn't earn enough, and if one did it, everyone else would be outcompeted @Fulcrum010
