you dont need to 'experience' the religions
This wouldn't be bad, if they did something similar for all other religions
The problem with this, is the age of the kids, they might be easily influenced by it if they are too young
true
you know i just realized
**Cairns#4497** was cleansed from the server.
wth
Sargon's discord wiping out entire cities now
i just wish even our more...."domestic" religions would wait longer before proselytizing. it's been ages since I met a christian that isn't just a traditionalist
"I was raised as a christian" being a big part of why they are.
if ppl wait around to 'find' religion
it will take yrs
that means no church
no moola
@Achlys
Yeah
But it's the right thing to do
all these rich priests etc will have to beg on the street
Hopefully
it might be the right thing to do but i dont question the logic of some humans
lesser headache
Ill make sure it goes to the right people
lol and we should trust u because?
Im a centrust
Centrist*
lmao
Lol
Wish i could own that joke but that was a typo
so then, i've been reading up about this 'rat utopia' experiment, i see several incongruancies with the testing and it's association to human behavior, though it is very revealing as to the darker side of living creatures lives
I'm a Cetronius
firstly, i see that the experiments didn't account for the 'right to food/water/stable home dynamic, all of these were provided with no method in order to 'earn' the ammeneties. secondly societal norms such as having food in one place don't exist. there are places to feed yes, however typically the majority of americans eat at home 2-3 times more frequently than leaving their home to eat. and thirdly, humans are typically (overall) encouraged to consider a good work ethic, stable work environment and education are particularly necessary to attract a mate, as such typically human mating behaviors differ at a fundamental basis from mice and rats
IF the scientist had specifically trained several generations of mice to behave more closely to humans, and then attempted these experiments, there is a high probability that the mice would react much more differently than what is ascribed in his papers
how does one train mice to be more 'human'?
specifically in the behaviors i posed above the statement, trained them to denote good work, stability of home, and adaptability to new training were what brought about higher status and better mates
also... because we're on this topic
wrong link 😛
I mean, wasn't the point of that experiment to simulate a "mouse utopia", so wouldn't it follow that you shouldn't have to "earn" those amenities.
true, according to what it was reading was his association to human implications from our current behaviors
i think i will leave it to the mad scientist to his experiment
fair enough
