Oath?

2018-06-09 23:29:08 UTC

I wonder why

2018-06-09 23:29:26 UTC

the article says "muh pay gap"

2018-06-09 23:29:43 UTC

I'm gonna go with

2018-06-09 23:29:43 UTC

@Baraban
I just told him to buy a mic and show me when he does it

2018-06-09 23:29:45 UTC

that's it

2018-06-09 23:29:45 UTC

but maybe its because the majority of college students are women?? πŸ€”

2018-06-09 23:29:52 UTC

I'd say it's partially that

2018-06-09 23:29:54 UTC

and of that

2018-06-09 23:30:02 UTC

Women tend to go for lower paying jobs on average

2018-06-09 23:30:07 UTC

Not a great combination

2018-06-09 23:30:17 UTC

Don't need to wake up early to get a mic

2018-06-09 23:31:50 UTC

I need to wake up early to clear the time on my schedule to go out and buy it

2018-06-09 23:31:55 UTC

I am a very busy human

2018-06-09 23:33:03 UTC

Very busy human πŸ‡ΈπŸ‡¦

2018-06-09 23:33:45 UTC

> @King Canuck : I admire his ability to insult everyone and anyone
but what does he gain from this

I was hearing NAFTA leverage being tossed around

2018-06-09 23:35:20 UTC

aaaaaaaah

2018-06-09 23:35:23 UTC

I getcha

2018-06-09 23:37:24 UTC

Hey uh

2018-06-09 23:37:42 UTC

this is an idea my dad mentioned to me, and I'm sure there are holes wider than a pornstar's ass in it, but here's a thought

2018-06-09 23:38:12 UTC

have soldiers that would otherwise be overseas doing superfluous freedom-related stuff guard the border, as part of the actual border patrol

2018-06-09 23:38:28 UTC

I've got no numbers or evidence but it's just an idea he's tossed in the air talkin bout #TheWall

2018-06-09 23:39:08 UTC

have stations of soldiers who want to remain active at home man problem points along the border. You give your soldiers a job in the homeland, show some force, and it might be cheaper than a wall.

2018-06-09 23:40:17 UTC

not a bad idea in theory

2018-06-09 23:40:22 UTC

but in practice

2018-06-09 23:40:28 UTC

who knows

2018-06-09 23:42:09 UTC

how many soldiers you think you will need?

2018-06-09 23:44:47 UTC

If they struggle to get the NG there, I have doubts about getting the army themselves involved

2018-06-09 23:45:25 UTC

aren't there laws that prevent the army to walk on US soil or something like that

2018-06-09 23:45:26 UTC

?

2018-06-09 23:47:25 UTC

Doesn't sound likely that the US would ban its soldiers from walking on its soil

2018-06-09 23:47:52 UTC

But it could explain why the US is constantly at war

2018-06-09 23:48:03 UTC

They won't have anywhere to put the soldiers otherwise πŸ˜„

2018-06-09 23:49:17 UTC

I'm of course kidding about the last part

2018-06-09 23:49:24 UTC

They could put them guarding allied nations

2018-06-09 23:55:58 UTC

We have laws that prevent the federal military from being used in a domestic role, except for nonviolent means

2018-06-09 23:56:35 UTC

I think soldiers just can't take over American residents

2018-06-09 23:57:00 UTC

They're often used for disaster relief or provide logistical support to other ongoing internal operations, but they're legally not supposed to get directly involved in conflicts, as that is supposed to be the role of the police and state agencies

2018-06-09 23:57:09 UTC

So you can't demand people to let soldiers stay in their homes basically
