It almost seems as if the media has created a red herring out of this.

I doubt that the Abrams tanks are going to fire at anybody. But a line of tanks like that will strike fear into the hearts of migrants who will disperse. And then hopefully be more easily detained in smaller numbers.
Issue i see is if they get in, hundreds of thousands will storm our border after.

Have you seen them forcing there way through other countries borders? These are straight up invaders.
There are hundreds of treasonous lawyers itching to descend and to do pro bono work for these invaders the second they are allowed to enter our legal system and start exploiting it. If they get sent to tent cities they need to be detained as enemy combatants so they cant play their patty cake games.
