@druiz what did you study? I’m trying to find a major and minor prior to law school. I’m thinking political science, but I don’t want to be marked down for being conservative. Should I just take business or history?
I literally said it, please read. 🤦🏻
I could always just play as a liberal for four years, but that would be hell.
You might want to improve your reading comprehension before going to uni.
Yeah I’m reading at least 5 hours a day right now.
Are you sure you're good at the whole reading thing?
I want to study something that will allow me to refine my skills and knowledge prior to law school, but those degrees don’t generally have a wide enough job market if I fail at law school.
I was asking if you’d studied anything afterwards.
Because when you say you quit, that usually means you switched to something else.
No, I quit. Why would I waste any more of my time?
You didn’t switch to a different major?
Also, a whole lot of good-paying jobs don't really ask you to have good studies.
Being overqualified is a big thing, companies know that highly-qualified morons want big salaries.
I want a fair salary that matches the work I do.
Law school is hard, if I fail, then an English major won’t get me far.
I’ll probably try business as a minor and computer science as a major.
Those open up some good options
Do a trade
Like electrician or plumber
Welder, mechanic
☝️ True! As long as you are not lazy. If you're hard working you will have VIRTUALLY NO COMPETITION WITH YOUR PEERS 🤦
lol
This image is perfectly accurate.
@druiz Gay people are awfully discriminated against. When a straight guy talks about how he wished he got with a hot teacher in high school it's all cool, but when I talk about how I wish the hot high school priest abused his priestly trust with me suddenly it's weird. Terrible!
@Deleted User I found a way to solve our problems witn blacks
There's this one TV show in Spain about a secret service that "solves" problems whenever a timeline might get distorted and it leaves some great imagery.
lol
The episodes tend to work like this:
· Timeline is about to get distorted OR rival secret service is actually trying to fuck up history
· They go to the place/time
· Shit goes down
· They go back to modern times, sometimes bringing back "clones" of famous people
The protagonists are 16th century Flanders soldier, 19th century scholar girl and 21st century paramedic.
