This was my second attempt a few days ago. It keeps coming out flat compared to what it's supposed to be like. I do think my third attempt will be the charm.

A failed Japanese cheesecake. It keeps coming out American.

what's the difference?

The Japanese cheesecake is supposed to be lighter with the texture of bread, without the density but flavor of cheesecake. It's all about the texture. It can quickly go flat. I think I'll get it right my third time. It's a journey trying to make that thing.

You should start a baking YouTube channel

I don't know about the YouTube thing but I plan on uploading baking and food stuff on the snapchat.
I'm still trying to figure out how to use it.

Do you eat everything you bake?

I don't, I just taste it to make sure it's good. My family and sometimes neighbors eat what I make.
