@DairyMaxx There are 1,902 fat calories in a half gallon of Half&Half. How can you consume that much Half&Half on a daily basis and maintain IE's fitness standards? <:really:453005408064241674>

Thanks, Chris.

2018-11-16 05:15:29 UTC

You're welcome!

2018-11-16 05:15:58 UTC

Maybe our Half&Halfs are different but mine is 2500ish calories. I usually eat a pound of beef for dinner and lately some fat trimmings from the butcher. @Rick

2018-11-16 05:16:11 UTC

A shot of huuuwhite vinegar in the morning is supposed to balance your electrolytes.

2018-11-16 05:16:12 UTC

@ThisIsChris If you post that image two more times, you will have to moderate yourself. 😄

2018-11-16 05:16:44 UTC

@Rick yes, because I'd be such a great baseball pitcher

2018-11-16 05:16:52 UTC

I finally finished those canned pears I got 25 cents each on clearance. What a great deal.

2018-11-16 05:17:46 UTC

I should just clear out the clearance rack every week

2018-11-16 05:17:54 UTC

@DairyMaxx Yeah, I just did a quick google search on Half&Half nutrition facts

2018-11-16 05:17:59 UTC

For those kind of prices I don't care what I eat

2018-11-16 05:18:23 UTC

@Selma Look for 100% whole wheat pasta or spaghetti, it's leaps and bounds healthier than the other stuff. Plus it's only a dollar per box at Kroger or Walmart

2018-11-16 05:18:27 UTC

@Jacob why not just eat pennies then

2018-11-16 05:19:08 UTC

In regards to canned foods, try to exclusively buy cans marked with 'Non-BPA' or look online for brands that don't use anything bad in their cans. BPA is a hormone disruptor and you don't want it in your body. You will most likely be spending more money, though, depending on what the food is.

2018-11-16 05:20:25 UTC

Lord, make me an instrument of your will. Where there is injustice against my people may I bring right. Where there is error may I bring truth. Where my people despair may I bring hope. Grant that I may comfort my people rather than to be comforted - to serve them rather than to be served. For it is by putting the needs of my people before my own that I may best serve to secure the existence of my race and a future for White children. Good night, and peace be with you.

2018-11-16 05:20:49 UTC

@ThisIsChris good point

2018-11-16 05:20:55 UTC

Most "BPA free" plastic has other compounds that disrupt the endocrine system

2018-11-16 05:21:56 UTC

@Selma dude I'm a poor college student, I'll drink pure BPA if that's what it takes to get by on my budget

2018-11-16 05:22:43 UTC

If I was broke I'd eat nothing but beef fat trimmings.

2018-11-16 05:23:39 UTC

In regards to eating

2018-11-16 05:23:40 UTC

Don't

2018-11-16 05:23:45 UTC

@Jacob put food during college on a credit card, a degree in compsci will enable you to pay that off in no time right after graduation

2018-11-16 05:24:01 UTC

not if I get deported to Poland

2018-11-16 05:24:09 UTC

You could also cut your budget by doing 16-8 fasting every day. It's incredibly healthy.

2018-11-16 05:24:30 UTC

oh I tried fasting

2018-11-16 05:24:34 UTC

@Jacob ok then just don't get deported to poland

2018-11-16 05:24:56 UTC

I started intermittant fasting a month ago, I dropped an easy 10 lbs .

2018-11-16 05:25:12 UTC

@Jacob Actually you can get comp sci jobs in poland now too

2018-11-16 05:25:29 UTC

It also activates the process of autophagy in your body, which is essential.

2018-11-16 05:25:31 UTC

and I was in good shape at 190, now at 180, I can see my abs again.

2018-11-16 05:26:06 UTC

Coconut oil is a great way to supplement fat and calories if you don't want to starve. You can add it to a lot of things with no effects to the flavor.

2018-11-16 05:26:27 UTC

Animal fat is better. @Selma

2018-11-16 05:26:48 UTC

@ThisIsChris I'm totally serious about moving to Poland tbh. People have been trying to persuade me out of it since I was a kid.

2018-11-16 05:27:12 UTC

@Jacob Are you fluent?

2018-11-16 05:27:23 UTC

Follow your dreams, dude.

2018-11-16 05:27:25 UTC

@Jacob Can't you put a meal program in your student loans?

2018-11-16 05:27:26 UTC

@Jacob Do it!

2018-11-16 05:27:29 UTC

Most vitamins are fat soluble and the cow eats up a lot of them. You can get 3500 calories of cow fat for a buck 50

2018-11-16 05:27:32 UTC

@Jacob do it poland sounds cool and my company hires programmers that work there remotely
