I buy 6 to7 large V8's a week for quick vegetable consumption.
Of course I don't eat out much, I just cook pasta at home and make sweet pot fries
@ThisIsChris Source is Jacob's Budget Table 43
@Jacob you have to subtract out the hispanics though
Spaghetti is disgustingly cheap, but not very healthy. 1 dollar at dollar stores for a double box.
I eat a plant maybe every two weeks. People spending money on rice or pasta astonishes me.
How do you get Vitamin K?
@ThisIsChris Did you know that Tabasco is counted as mayonnaise in those statistics, which inflates the mayonnaise share?
@Selma Look for the little K symbol in a circle on foods
I want my antioxidants and minerals
I have an 8 oz. cup of tomato juice each morning. That's 2 servings of veggies.
@Jacob of course they never make the distinction
Always drink tomato juice with a source of fat - lycopene is fat soluble @Singleton Mosby WV
@DairyMaxx There are 1,902 fat calories in a half gallon of Half&Half. How can you consume that much Half&Half on a daily basis and maintain IE's fitness standards? <:really:453005408064241674>
Currently surviving on coffee and pickled venison sausages
@Selma find this for vitamin K
Thanks, Chris.
You're welcome!
Maybe our Half&Halfs are different but mine is 2500ish calories. I usually eat a pound of beef for dinner and lately some fat trimmings from the butcher. @Rick
A shot of huuuwhite vinegar in the morning is supposed to balance your electrolytes.
@Rick yes, because I'd be such a great baseball pitcher
I finally finished those canned pears I got 25 cents each on clearance. What a great deal.
I should just clear out the clearance rack every week
@DairyMaxx Yeah, I just did a quick google search on Half&Half nutrition facts
For those kind of prices I don't care what I eat
@Selma Look for 100% whole wheat pasta or spaghetti, it's leaps and bounds healthier than the other stuff. Plus it's only a dollar per box at Kroger or Walmart
@Jacob why not just eat pennies then
In regards to canned foods, try to exclusively buy cans marked with 'Non-BPA' or look online for brands that don't use anything bad in their cans. BPA is a hormone disruptor and you don't want it in your body. You will most likely be spending more money, though, depending on what the food is.
Lord, make me an instrument of your will. Where there is injustice against my people may I bring right. Where there is error may I bring truth. Where my people despair may I bring hope. Grant that I may comfort my people rather than to be comforted - to serve them rather than to be served. For it is by putting the needs of my people before my own that I may best serve to secure the existence of my race and a future for White children. Good night, and peace be with you.
@ThisIsChris good point
Most "BPA free" plastic has other compounds that disrupt the endocrine system
@Selma dude I'm a poor college student, I'll drink pure BPA if that's what it takes to get by on my budget
If I was broke I'd eat nothing but beef fat trimmings.
In regards to eating
Don't
@Jacob put food during college on a credit card, a degree in compsci will enable you to pay that off in no time right after graduation
not if I get deported to Poland
You could also cut your budget by doing 16-8 fasting every day. It's incredibly healthy.
oh I tried fasting
@Jacob ok then just don't get deported to poland
