I know about that CA thing. It was proven 2 years ago that people could sign up on CA department of state website for online voter registration and just check the boxes, "I'm a citizen/No I don't have ID/No I don't have a SSN" and they'd still send you a voter registration card.

California was the first state to refuse to comply with the audit of voter registration
