🤦🏼♀️
That is what I thought too.... because someone just described it to me. And I responded "It is stupid to assume that he was throwing White Power signs because he could have just being letting people know that he is 'OK' and doing good that he is now out."
BUT.....
Dig a little deeper and you will see there is a shit ton more to the story. Apparently he was joined by loads of known White Supremacists and they all were posing for pictures throwing that sign.
So... Now it does look like to me he was using the sign as a White Power gang sign.
BUT.....
That is his First Amendment right....
Hmm I see what you’re saying but I’d need to dig a little deeper before I can agree with you. Personally though I’ve used this 👌🏼 for years as far as I’m aware it just means okay? I just don’t like the way people can change a definition in a dictionary in real time because they don’t agree or like what someone says and now change the meaning of symbols. I don’t think Apple or android would have it as an emoji if that was the true meaning. Maybe it is in some areas, I don’t know, but universally it’s clearly just okay 👌🏼?
Well... again that is exactly what I thought too.... but you can find the security video from inside that bar he met those people at... And there are several of them posing for a picture and all of them and throwing that sign.
I had also never heard before that that OK sign had been co-opted by several White Supremacists groups... but its absolutely true that they use that "sign" to mean "White Power"
Im pretty convinced that was his intent based on the number of people doing it and more importantly the fact that those people are known and admitted White Supremacists.
But, again.... he is fully within his rights to be throwing White Power signs... But I can't imagine it will help him out too much in court.
I wonder if conservatives understand things can be co opted
No but Delta Force raiding the Kremlin makes perfect sense.
Is this a new thing
I’m only aware of raiding Germany and the pope being arrested
LOL.... I dunno but someone sent me a link saying that Delta Force or some shit has raided a "known Biden compound" in Ukraine earlier this month.
LOL.... I mean people actually believe this shit
Yeah, it was 'Ukraine'. My bad.
Will the Parler x Amazon https://www.courtlistener.com/docket/29095511/parler-llc-v-amazon-web-services-inc/ case be discussed today? From my perspective it looks really bad for Amazon
Its gonna be interesting....
I wonder if Amazon is going to use in its defense that these same clowns suggest that a Baker can refuse to make a cake for a gay couple... but then thinks that we are required to do business with them....
I mean you cant really have it both way. Either private businesses can choose to refuse business to anyone not in a protected class (age, race, gender) or they have to serve everyone.
The rules that apply to the Baker must also apply to Amazon.
@JD~Jordan, you just advanced to level 25!
They broke a contract..
@Joe81, you just advanced to level 1!
I imagine it'll be discussed today.
I could however be wrong.
Yeppers... it sure is...
Not sure what this means.
I meant the surety of it being covered while I was being unsure of if it would be covered today.

Yep, as much as you may not like it, many people have this opinion.
The assertion that no evidence exists is a lie.
That's like, your opinion, man.
Assertions and opinions are two very different things. At least in the digital world 😊
Well.... it is "sort of" a lie. Because there is likely some level of voter fraud in every election. And I don't know anyone that has asserted there is NO Fraud at all.
Most people are of the opinion there was no voter fraud of any real consequence. There is certainly no reliable evidence to suggest that fraud existed to such an extent to change the results even in a single county, much less a state.
Saying there is a lack of evidence != there was no fraud.
"Evidence of absence is not absence of evidence."
The quote is in reverse, but still valid.
There is an abundance of evidence
For your standards, maybe.
We have very different standards of what constitutes evidence.
I think you know that is NOT what I said.
I said there is no reliable evidence to suggest that there was any significant voter fraud.
I think we really must start at a point of thinking the election is legal and fair.
After all, voter fraud is a crime. A crime requires evidence. We do not presume someone is guilty. We presume they are innocent until evidence indicates otherwise.
The guy hacked into the machines in front of the GA legislature during the hearing after the ceo said they werent connected to the internet
This is strong correlation, weak correlation, implied causation, explicit causation, misinformation, and truths.
We don't even disagree on the point, dunno why this is being contended between you and I anyway.
I must have missed that part. Do you have a link? I watched most of the GA hearing and I didnt see that....
BUT....
Just because some COULD have happened doesn't mean it DID happen.
Sure he did. There was no evidence this statement was true.
