Its gonna be interesting....

I wonder if Amazon is going to use in its defense that these same clowns suggest that a Baker can refuse to make a cake for a gay couple... but then thinks that we are required to do business with them....

I mean you cant really have it both way. Either private businesses can choose to refuse business to anyone not in a protected class (age, race, gender) or they have to serve everyone.

The rules that apply to the Baker must also apply to Amazon.

@JD~Jordan, you just advanced to level 25!

2021-01-14 19:07:48 UTC

They broke a contract..

2021-01-14 19:07:48 UTC

@Joe81, you just advanced to level 1!

2021-01-14 19:11:29 UTC

I imagine it'll be discussed today.

2021-01-14 19:11:52 UTC

I could however be wrong.

2021-01-14 19:13:24 UTC

Yeppers... it sure is...

2021-01-14 19:14:08 UTC

Not sure what this means.

2021-01-14 19:22:28 UTC

LOL... sorry. I am just agreeing with you "Yeppers" is just my "Yes" or "Yep"

2021-01-14 19:23:47 UTC

I meant the surety of it being covered while I was being unsure of if it would be covered today.

2021-01-14 19:24:10 UTC

No eViDeNcE oF vOtEr FrAuD

2021-01-14 19:25:18 UTC

Yep, as much as you may not like it, many people have this opinion.

2021-01-14 19:25:52 UTC

The assertion that no evidence exists is a lie.

2021-01-14 19:28:05 UTC

That's like, your opinion, man.

2021-01-14 19:39:44 UTC

Assertions and opinions are two very different things. At least in the digital world 😊

2021-01-14 19:39:56 UTC

Well.... it is "sort of" a lie. Because there is likely some level of voter fraud in every election. And I don't know anyone that has asserted there is NO Fraud at all.

Most people are of the opinion there was no voter fraud of any real consequence. There is certainly no reliable evidence to suggest that fraud existed to such an extent to change the results even in a single county, much less a state.

2021-01-14 19:40:39 UTC

Saying there is a lack of evidence != there was no fraud.

2021-01-14 19:41:04 UTC

"Evidence of absence is not absence of evidence."

2021-01-14 19:42:21 UTC

The quote is in reverse, but still valid.

2021-01-14 19:43:44 UTC

There is an abundance of evidence

2021-01-14 19:43:56 UTC

For your standards, maybe.

2021-01-14 19:44:19 UTC

We have very different standards of what constitutes evidence.

2021-01-14 19:44:50 UTC

I think you know that is NOT what I said.

I said there is no reliable evidence to suggest that there was any significant voter fraud.

I think we really must start at a point of thinking the election is legal and fair.

After all, voter fraud is a crime. A crime requires evidence. We do not presume someone is guilty. We presume they are innocent until evidence indicates otherwise.

2021-01-14 19:45:00 UTC

The guy hacked into the machines in front of the GA legislature during the hearing after the ceo said they werent connected to the internet

2021-01-14 19:45:06 UTC

This is strong correlation, weak correlation, implied causation, explicit causation, misinformation, and truths.

2021-01-14 19:45:45 UTC

We don't even disagree on the point, dunno why this is being contended between you and I anyway.

2021-01-14 19:46:22 UTC

I must have missed that part. Do you have a link? I watched most of the GA hearing and I didnt see that....

BUT....

Just because some COULD have happened doesn't mean it DID happen.

2021-01-14 19:47:02 UTC

Sure he did. There was no evidence this statement was true.

2021-01-14 19:47:10 UTC

But apparently you think this is evidence?

2021-01-14 19:47:16 UTC

It's like, textbook hearsay.

2021-01-14 19:47:22 UTC

When we have reasonable suspicion based on facts and circumstances, we usually investigate. Thats how evidence is obtained. What happened here is deny deny deny, mock, deny, slander, dismiss.

2021-01-14 19:47:26 UTC

Cause Im a prick.... I dunno.... No, honestly I thought you were suggesting that just because there is no evidence doesnt mean it didnt happen. And sure that is true. But it wasn't what I was saying.

2021-01-14 19:48:03 UTC

Most of the cases were dismissed on procedure not on merrit

2021-01-14 19:48:16 UTC

Supreme court wouldnt even hear it

2021-01-14 19:48:20 UTC

Congress wouldnt hear it

2021-01-14 19:48:27 UTC

I'm saying because there is no evidence of fraud doesn't mean it hasn't happened, but I'm anything but suggesting there was wide-spread fraud. I follow Hanlon's Razor and Occam's Razor as principles.

2021-01-14 19:48:28 UTC

The media wouldnt dare entertain it

2021-01-14 19:48:37 UTC

This isn't really true.

2021-01-14 19:48:48 UTC

It is absolutely true
