Well.. no that isn't exactly what he said. I personally am not bother by what he said, but he did not use the words "hold accountable".
He used the words "lightly threaten" and "Im coming after you" and "everybody's coming after you"
Again... It doesn't bother me personally. But you are understating it a bit
Again.... there is no doubt that the majority of people in this group are Pro Trump. I am also convince (mostly because I have talk to a lot of them) that they are very concerned about police violence, corruption and incompetence. So.... I feel very confident about that stance.
And I really don't see the point in all this.... My original comment was to underline the fact that "blind loyalty to police" was not something that all Trump supporters shared in common. And this group is an especially good example of that fact. Just because a person is a Trump supporter does not mean they are also blindly pro-cop.
And... I really don't see the point in continuing this any further... but ya... thanks for the response
Sorry I just don't like a blanket statement posted like it is true. If you would have replaced Trump supporters with Black people or Muslim people or Jewish people or Women. The issue would be a little easier to see.
I guess that is the problem that I had.
Can an impeachment be removed from a president when all this comes out?
Um... no
The only way this Impeachment is going to truly effect Trump is on his legacy (and he shit all over that anyway) and could prevent him from running for office again.
I need to double check this... so feel free to double check me. But I THINK that only a majority of Senators can agree to prohibit him from holding public office again. But they need the full 2/3rds vote to "convict him" - again... I really need to double check that but Im too tired tonight...
Ugh... oh please noooooo.... why did you ask
Just to see if there is a expansion on the latest maga conspiracy
There is always something coming
The show was great. Mr. Gruler bringing up the point that it takes far more evidence to convict a drunk driver than a Ukraine thing or a cum stained dress or a speach that caused an mob of 100% trump supporters to burn down the capital building. Don't quote me on any of that it is just what I took from it. I totally don't remember him mentioning a dress with a little bit of little Bills on it but I think that was a bunch of BS too. Ok the President of the United States had something going on with an intern. I think that is kinda the 1st ladies issue not the country.
Impeachment’s aren’t trials
Or a conviction
Well yes and no.. Technically the Impeachment has already happened. Trump has officially been impeached twice.
The Senate hears evidence and then votes on whether the person being impeached (in this case Pres Trump) is "guilty" of any of the Article of Impeachment.
So the terms "trial" and "Impeachment" are applied rather loosely when it comes to Impeachment

@james j ... this is from Senate . gov
The Senate sits as a High Court of Impeachment in which senators consider evidence, hear witnesses, and vote to acquit or convict the impeached official. ... The Constitution requires a two-thirds vote of the Senate to convict, and the penalty for an impeached official upon conviction is removal from office.
Thanks... been looking for this
I’m talking about the house impeachment. The thing that is supposed to be reversed after something comes out @JD~Jordan
Biden hopefully will prioritize the stimulus package over the impeachment
But who knows
ohhhh ok ok... sorry I see
You were directing that to her. Yes Ok, gotcha
As to the possibility of Trump being prohibited from holding office... its a bit more complicated
IS TRUMP AUTOMATICALLY BARRED FROM OFFICE IF HE’S CONVICTED?
No, if past is precedent. If the Senate were to convict, lawmakers would take a separate vote on whether to disqualify him from holding future office.
No president has ever been convicted in the Senate and removed from office. But in the case of federal judges who were impeached and removed from office, the Senate has taken a second vote after conviction to determine whether to bar the person from ever holding federal office again.
The bar is lower on that second vote, with only a majority of senators needed to succeed. Then again, because it’s never happened before in the case of a president, a court challenge could follow.
Now... bed for me... Sweetest of Dreams
I don’t think an impeachment can prevent him from running for office again.
What authority does the Senate have to place an additional restriction on eligibility that’s not in the Constitution?
Am I missing something here?
Turns out John is a an Instigator for protests in general doesn’t matter where or who according to this nov 26 Twitter post when he was kicked out of blm protest. https://mobile.twitter.com/RebellionBaby/status/1331902011147620352
Does anyone know about a full forensic audit of the election in Arizona? Rob mentioned it in a superchat today.
Article 1 section 3 of the US Constitution: "Judgment in Cases of Impeachment shall not extend further than to removal from Office, and disqualification to hold and enjoy any Office of honor, Trust or Profit under the United States: but the Party convicted shall nevertheless be liable and subject to Indictment, Trial, Judgment and Punishment, according to Law."
We have some problems then or is "Judgement" in the hands of the senate and the house is just a joke?
Thanks. I should have looked up the article dealing with impeachment as well, huh? Lol.
I just saw that yesterday on Twitter. Decided to delete Twitter today. Idk how old this news is. Anyone know more?
Theoretically
I agree. I have not been on Twitter in about one month. Only reason I still have an account is to keep tabs on nut jobs like him
I just started using Twitter a month ago for more updates. Didn't last long lol
A guy said some shit. PBS fired him. A very scary threat seems like a massive stretch.
Well here is some talking points for a while.
This is the declassified file drop.
