If you're not willing to rewind to 1800s tech to rebuild your country from the ground up are you even in this thing for real
bank runs wouldn't exist if fractional reserve banking was outlawed.
then again, i admit i'm not expert
I’m saying that two hundred years ago it was a lot easier to deal with and that it’s had two hundred years to solidly it’s position and become unfortunately vital to our system. I never even said I gave up I said it would be monumentally difficult @Sam Southern - TN
At the very least, a lender of last resort and an entity to set interest rates and control the monetary supply would be necessary
@missliterallywhounless every country is going back to 1800s, no that's insane. We wouldn't survive.
@Kingfish that's certainly phrased far differently, I agree with your new post
@Goose All this money talk pulled everyone away from animeposting. <:sad:366743316475281408>
It’s literally the same phrasing I used before
😂
@Goose reserve requirements are changed all the time. The reason you’re entitled to an interest rate on any deposits is because modern banks aren’t a box you put money in
@Goose fractional reserve is fine so long as there are risks that keep people in check. The issue is that today’s system, banks doing it assume no real risk.
You just heard me out this time instead of cross examining me
Although tbh
😂
Having a box you put money in isn’t necessarily bad
>listening
>simply waiting to respond
I just did a 22 page report on JPMorgan Chase so my bank autism is on full blast still
naw, it was different, but you do you
@Asatru Artist - MD seriously, check out GS. I promise there isn't anything like that first scene.
but it does a great job depicting what invading hordes do to women which is why we should protect our people at all cost
Saying that socialism is just about going grabbing people's wealth is an oversimplification.
Corporations objectively take advantage of the power of the state to build wealth. Making sure they give back to the community enough to ensure a standard of living for the workers is not a lot to ask for.
I don't think anyone in IE is advocating for total equality. There should still be hierarchy and business should be rewarded, but we should also take care of our working class.
But socialism does grab wealth.
anime posting > bank posting
>would be difficult
>was two hundred years ago
>OH SO WAS WHITE IMMIGRATION LAWS ARE YOU A BLACKPILLED TRAITOR
>no I said it would be difficult and it was easier two hundred years ago
>oh cool

a discord conversation is an oversimplification? wewlad, no way. i thought i was reading a dissertation @Jacob 😂
If making people share is bad why do we make our kids share 🤔
@Jacob there was a guy who thought like this a while back. I forget his name.
modern banks are allowed to carry out a tremendous amount of services under the same roof. This historically wasn’t the case, even as recently as 1999. A separation of commercial lending and receiving checkable deposits would be fairly weird.
Remember that deposits are an asset for you, but a liability for banks
If you're against taking anyone's wealth, you should be against the government building roads or providing police to protect capital.
imagine whining online about being misrepresented and then creating a conversation that didn't happen 😂
sharing teaches good moral character to our children, but not everyone deserves to have stuff shared with them <:usinnoodle:420778112226164736>
I am totally against government roads. The interstate system destroyed small towns and millions of jobs. It was heinous market manipulation
I mean we don't threaten to jail our children or force them to share at the end of a gun @missliterallywho
Imagine taking yourself so seriously in discord channel 😂
Mad that we don’t have walkable towns anymore? Blame government road planning
@Alexander Pechorinthat seems like a stretch.
@Sam Southern - TN unless their siblings...
sharing is a case by case basis
also, we share with those in need.
not with those that demand
