There is one at my small college. They are very conspicuous and usually overdress like the cafeteria is prom. Perhaps compensating.
She's not here to defend herself and we don't discuss departures.
We certainly don't discuss other members this way when they're not around. And wouldn't want to mistakenly give that message either.
We typically don't discuss dismissals any deeper than a general reason. She was a poor fit for what we are trying to build.
