Depends on what's shown in court. If it's just shy of rising to the level of a court injunction, it might just be that the state legislatures find it convincing enough to appoint different delegates

I don't see too many of these guys getting thrown out for distrusting the counts in the Cities. Hell, it'd probably secure their future victory.

total votes for Pres (all candidates) minus total votes for Sen (all candidates) = 46k

OK so 46k democrats voted for Biden and no one else

And some number of republicans voted for Biden + GOP seats
