are all of you folks here lawyers or ?

2020-11-18 16:32:51 UTC

Last Wednesday’s lawsuits need to be re-introduced back in court, as the defense lied to the court saying the Overvote only represented 202 voters.

2020-11-18 16:33:41 UTC

if all of this proves to be true, and the fact that many other world countries were using these systems , this will be a real sh1t show unless shoved under the rug

2020-11-18 16:34:02 UTC

cant say i am not curious how all of this will play out

2020-11-18 16:34:05 UTC

The Undervote is over 8000 uncounted votes at the Presidential part of the ballot. Highly unlikely.

2020-11-18 16:34:39 UTC

sorry i am not from US so i really dont know how voting or politics works there xD, i am not big into politics , but i am curious about the truth here

2020-11-18 16:34:46 UTC

because if true this will be

2020-11-18 16:37:45 UTC

Data is all there! Question is: did the system cause the error, or were the ballots spoiled on that item, where Republicans given a spoiled ballot, while a Democratic given a non-spoiled ballot. It’s not like the voter is tired from filling in so many bobbles as this is the first ballot entry on the form. The witness testimony indicated that they marked the ballot correctly.

You can find thousands of grand fraud narratives. No matter how many of them have proven to be without merit, they will still double down on the next one and be quite genuinely confused and upset that people stopped listening.

2020-11-18 16:38:46 UTC

i listened to this,

2020-11-18 16:42:44 UTC

> Would we then have called him 'antifa', as used in the current vernacular? Because as far far as I can tell, 'antifa' is interchangeable with 'communist' and encompasses whatever properties the right wing outrage du jour requires of it.
@Zuluzeit The guy I saw video of looked more Antifa, maybe there's a lot of mixed motivations out there, and the more extreme you get, the more alike you act whatever your motivations. In my opinion, the left shouldn't be blamed for Antifa and the right shouldn't be blamed for right-wing extremists *unless* they refuse to call them out/investigate/prosecute them. IE: the Michigan boneheads, whoever they are, were interdicted and are being prosecuted by the FBI before they did anything dangerous. What alarms me about Antifa is governors, mayors and prosecutors refusing to acknowledge their organizations, their criminal actions, etc and letting them off without charges even when police arrest them for violence. That's a collaborative relationship we can't allow to continue. The left *has* to oppose Antifa or they are Antifa.

2020-11-18 16:44:20 UTC

@Zuluzeit Antifa is a german cross-party line combat organisation erected in the 30ies to kill nazis, but which ended up getting Hitler elected. This tradition was re-established by middle class youth in europe in the early 90ies, and recently exported to the US from sweden. It is a very specific ideology which recruits from the ranks of all sorts of communists, anarchists and socialist, but the antifa-ideology itself revolves more around violence than political understanding of where, what and when.

2020-11-18 16:45:46 UTC

In the 90ies, the antifa ideology also drew in members of the hip.hop culture after specific recruitment campaigns.

2020-11-18 16:45:57 UTC

I humbly suggest that that explanation is not what is being used to describe the American manifestation of it.

2020-11-18 16:46:30 UTC

That could be. I am not responsible for what people who claim to know the Lx-scene, yet have no experience studying it, will claim.

2020-11-18 16:47:55 UTC

However, when studying their documentation, LE reports and video footage, the export product - the american antifants - looks rather similar to what has been common practice in Europe since the 90ies.

2020-11-18 16:48:03 UTC

Ideology and methodology seems extremely similar.

2020-11-18 16:49:15 UTC

I think it's more important what both those who associate and take issue with antifa would claim.

2020-11-18 16:49:50 UTC

Maybe so. I like studying phenomena in their essence, not how they are understood by contemporaries.

2020-11-18 16:50:10 UTC

but that will be two different issues, I suppose.

2020-11-18 16:50:33 UTC

The association between antifa and the rest of the Lx-scene is, of course, a study in itself.

2020-11-18 16:50:46 UTC

as is the relationship with antifa and the press

2020-11-18 16:50:50 UTC

Origin does not necessarily remain as a static essence. Actually, it seems like it almost always doesn't.

2020-11-18 16:51:27 UTC

Oh, I agree. The origin, the german Red Front Union, were battle-hardened WW1 veterans.

2020-11-18 16:51:32 UTC

And traditional marxists.

2020-11-18 16:51:52 UTC

they would probably loathe the modern version and deem them decadent bourgeois.

2020-11-18 16:54:24 UTC

Mirrored by the assumption that any member of the SS would be expected to, in deep indignation, open fire on any neonazi wearing their insignias.

2020-11-18 16:55:57 UTC

As they should, as it is appropriated for image more than the token elements of ideology that are represented.

2020-11-18 16:56:28 UTC

The Precinct officials had told the voter press the GREEN button on the scanner, accepting the spoiled ballot to disregard the voter intention for the presidential candidate..., or the Precinct official pressed the GREEN button themselves. All are in violation of election policy.

2020-11-18 16:59:11 UTC

What should have happened is for those problematic ballots to be placed in to Drawer #3 for manual processing and inspection by a board of watchers (Democratic, Republican and Libertarian) to determine the intent of the voter, where the machine couldn’t.

2020-11-18 16:59:26 UTC

'People are saying', yes. We are accustomed to that mode of argument.

2020-11-18 17:21:29 UTC

> i just googled sidney powell and i got this
@Admirius rofl

2020-11-18 17:36:16 UTC

@stevesirag I agree on the whole but am not sure about the part with not opposing something makes you that thing. If that were the case, I know a person who has some splaining to do. Stand back, stand by on that one.

2020-11-18 17:41:37 UTC

I am an observer. I am not opposing anything at all, so that would make me.....

2020-11-18 17:41:42 UTC

one with everything?

2020-11-18 17:49:31 UTC

Hahahaha

2020-11-18 18:08:49 UTC

@Doc you have achieved transcendence

2020-11-18 18:09:10 UTC

You are everything and nothing. Now take your place amongst the divine hahaha
