Continued from part 1..

The vast amount of Overvote occurred in the Absentee Processing Centers (the election board has sole control of the ballots for the county at this time) and/or the Early Voting Locations where voters are given an Ballpoint Ink Pen to mark their ballots. Remember SharpieGate, well the election board didn’t let it occur during Early Voting (wonder why).

Breakdown shows 4753 Overvotes (votes stolen, spoiled) in this period of about 27 days. 49 Provisional ballots had Overvote events. All of these 5,002 Overvote occurrences should have been transferred to a bypartician team of inspectors (Dems, Repubs& Libs) to determine the marking and intent of the voter on the first entry of the ballot. But, 5,002 votes for a presidential candidate were lost, not voted.

Next comes the Undervote (no vote indicated in ballot item), with the following breakdown:

Absentee ballots (again is sole possession of election board) and/or Early Voting Centers has 7,920 instances of no vote marked in the ballot (real strange, not). While during Election Day there were 514 instances of no marked ballot for president. And finally, 41 of the Provisional ballots had no marking ballot for president. Now you go through the effort to demand a Provisional ballot, and you can’t mark the first entry, for the most consequential candidate on the entire ballot, I think the mark was there but procedures weren’t followed by the local election officials to allow for the ballot to be corrected or for it to be set aside for the inspection panel of the bipartisan committee to resolve the Machine issue... But GREEN button and it goes down the wormhole (a reference to 1984 and the Ministery of Truth, where facts, fiction, history is burned, along with memories), what Election, nothing to see, Oh look, squirrel.

Part 2 of many ... continued

Socratic would be if I was trying to get you to move through saying something. I'm just making assertions. That's different.

Continued from Part 2, this is the last part ...

Real interesting isn’t it? The indication is that with the Overvote (multiple markings for President, but only one is allowed, thus spoiling the counting for the ballot for president), Trump vote didn’t count, oops an Overvote event. Then, the very same ballot and scanning machine it is able to successfully count and record the U.S. Senator entry, but for who, Mark Kelly (DEM), oh I really mean to say, that same ballot, a Republican leaning voter, seen and identified to the election board workers, and it too has an event of Martha McSally (REP) being marked but declaimed as an Overvote, another vote lost. Funny how things work out. Is it the scanning machine, the paper ballot modified or a printing error, or was the ballot marked by a third party?

Inquiring minds, broke that mold long ago!

Funny how things work for one party vs. another with fingers on the scale of election rigging.

I do think the 2018 race for U.S. Senator for Arizona suffered a similar fate!

The data came from the Maricopa County Official Election Resuts 2020 web-resource which contains over 155,022 records of textual data from all 111 Precincts, for 226 ballot contests. It is accessible to anyone really interested in trending and comparison to what is said vs. what gets covered up. This data gets used in the preparation of the final report for the county (72 page PDF).

Did I editorialize and call them lies.

@Zuluzeit I see you are returning the favor. 😂

2020-11-20 13:57:10 UTC

What are some possible repercussions should Trump actually get an election victory via House Delegations

2020-11-20 13:57:19 UTC

aside from civil unrest

2020-11-20 14:05:15 UTC

@Doc never

2020-11-20 14:07:07 UTC

well, I had fun reading. Thank you.

2020-11-20 14:10:54 UTC

It was my pleasure. @Doc

I dont get the trump supporter argument, they allege some widespread multilevel massive voter fraud ring. Then when asked for evidence or proof they just point to more allegations. The whole rudy gulianni press conference just brought up old allegations that were kicked out of court (watchers asked to leave , however that case was dismissed as there were republican poll watchers in the room and never left for example). What is there strongest case? They have lost all but 1 of there 31 cases. When does this just become a strategy to bog the courts up long enough to kick it to the house in hopes they select trump.

2020-11-20 14:46:50 UTC

It's likely that was always the strategy

2020-11-20 14:46:51 UTC

Just bypassing any course of fact finding and getting a bunch of house members to decide is very disingenuous if you claim you have facts or proof. Skirting people who can actually ask for facts or proof and going to people who are not required to make fact based decisions, like the house, (they decide based on party lines). I guess from now on elections will be decided by the house

2020-11-20 14:49:06 UTC

Votes no longer matter

2020-11-20 14:49:07 UTC

@james j, you just advanced to level 1!

2020-11-20 14:49:15 UTC

but there's a lot of skepticism on both sides right now. In Georgia they just found additional votes on hard drives that were never uploaded, it's unlikely that it'll flip GA, but it was historical in that it gave Trump a net 800 gain from one county whereas most recounts tend to be in the low hundreds when looking at the state as a whole

2020-11-20 14:49:35 UTC

Votes that wouldn't have been found otherwise if they didn't inquire

2020-11-20 14:49:46 UTC

In florida the recount went from 2000 to 300

2020-11-20 14:50:03 UTC

Its not uncommon to find more votes during a recount

2020-11-20 14:50:46 UTC

Also as the population grows you should expect found ballots to scale up with a recount

2020-11-20 14:51:00 UTC

Right, but I'm talking about just one county alone. Then again it could just because of ballots they didn't initially knew they had

2020-11-20 14:51:59 UTC

That doesn’t point to fraud. Its been 20 years since 2000 and the population has increased greatly.

2020-11-20 14:52:15 UTC

I never said there was fraud to begin with

2020-11-20 14:52:30 UTC

most people are claiming impropriety and human error

2020-11-20 14:52:37 UTC

So you would expect recount numbers of found ballots to also increase

2020-11-20 14:53:18 UTC

In a hand recount or audit I would

2020-11-20 14:53:43 UTC

The trump legal team is using these irregularities as evidence of fraud in their attempts to over turn the election. Thats why i brought up fraud

2020-11-20 14:54:08 UTC

One thing to remember in all this

2020-11-20 14:54:16 UTC

is to look at Trump's last two SCOTUS picks

2020-11-20 14:54:35 UTC

Brett and Amy, what do you think they have in common?

2020-11-20 14:54:55 UTC

Both conservative judges?

2020-11-20 14:55:02 UTC

not just that

2020-11-20 14:55:11 UTC

No idea

2020-11-20 14:55:12 UTC

They worked for Bush's legal team in Bush v Gore

2020-11-20 14:55:52 UTC

Oh , so you are saying they were preparing to lose and use the supreme court

2020-11-20 14:56:06 UTC

I'm saying Trump was anticipating it,

2020-11-20 14:56:20 UTC

like imagine this

2020-11-20 14:56:26 UTC

imagine you're a lawyer

2020-11-20 14:56:34 UTC

and arguing your point to a judge,

2020-11-20 14:56:59 UTC

and reference arguments that judge made years ago

2020-11-20 14:57:06 UTC

Yeah

2020-11-20 14:57:48 UTC

I doubt it will get to the supreme court or if they will even hear it however
