@james j I still think it’s all part of their strategy in one way or another whether new evidence comes in or not.

2020-11-22 22:40:12 UTC

Not if they are dismissed with prejudice.

2020-11-22 22:40:17 UTC

I think trumps plan and R & R alluded to is just to make a mess of everything and just declare that there was fraud. Then just kick it to the house where they just vote on party lines. So they bypass any fact finding portion and ignore the initial “courts decide elections” thing because they have nothing that actually holds up in court

2020-11-22 22:40:19 UTC

I'm not saying Kamala is Hillary 2.0, I'm just saying I wouldn't be surprised if 100 days into his presidency Biden wakes up with food poisoning

2020-11-22 22:40:40 UTC

@Zuluzeit what about his seeming direction makes you thrilled? From what I've read on his plans...they are a complete opposite direction back to the Obama days with a slight variance.

2020-11-22 22:41:04 UTC

@james sounds like bases are covered

2020-11-22 22:41:31 UTC

I’m certainly NO attorney though

2020-11-22 22:41:38 UTC

@Repeat sounds like trump is feigning fraud to subvert a democratic election

2020-11-22 22:41:42 UTC

I like wealthy people not getting tax rewards and not dumping toxins into the environment. @DeathRhodes666

2020-11-22 22:41:49 UTC

"Hopefully this week we will get it ready to file, and it will be biblical."

"It's a massive project to pull this fraud claim together with the evidence that I want to put in," she added.

"You name the manner of fraud and it occurred in Georgia."

Among the most explosive claims alluded to by Powell were:

Joe Biden votes being "weighted" at 1.25 times and President Donald Trump votes being parsed at 3/4.
Algorithms that gave Democrats 35,000 extra votes. https://www.newsmax.com/newsmax-tv/sidney-powell-campaign-lawyer-dominion/2020/11/21/id/998181/

2020-11-22 22:42:21 UTC

now this is going to be very difficult to prove considering the hand recount in GA

2020-11-22 22:42:49 UTC

@james j sounds like they’re all crooked to me, so?

2020-11-22 22:42:55 UTC

I don't understand "weighted" votes. 1 person = 1 vote. PERIOD.

2020-11-22 22:42:58 UTC

Yeah the trump fans will just come up with some other conspiracy to justify any road blocks

2020-11-22 22:43:10 UTC

Biden received 12,670 more votes than Trump, according to the certified vote total of machine counts. The recount found a similar result, with Biden ahead by 12,284 votes.

2020-11-22 22:43:23 UTC

@Repeat not really in this case trump is the one being crooked by trying to baselessly undermine a democratic election

2020-11-22 22:43:32 UTC

Which of his proposed policies in particular mention this? if you are referring to the "Green New Deal" about not dumping toxins then that's basically the Paris Accords and that is garbage.

2020-11-22 22:43:33 UTC

@DeathRhodes666, you just advanced to level 1!

2020-11-22 22:43:36 UTC

If at least 1 person goes to prison over any of this, I will be happy

2020-11-22 22:43:49 UTC

Like who

2020-11-22 22:43:49 UTC

But if they recount 31 more times, maybe...

2020-11-22 22:43:53 UTC

And for what

2020-11-22 22:43:57 UTC

Anyone!

2020-11-22 22:44:06 UTC

For what though

2020-11-22 22:44:06 UTC

@james j, you just advanced to level 6!

2020-11-22 22:44:19 UTC

'The Left' @james j

2020-11-22 22:44:34 UTC

@james j Thanks for your concern for my happiness 😁

2020-11-22 22:44:40 UTC

?

2020-11-22 22:44:43 UTC

By the time they are done in GA the votes will have been counted 3 times (once by hand, twice by machine)

2020-11-22 22:44:57 UTC

two of those counts are already done

2020-11-22 22:45:08 UTC

@james j Nope! Just following the process set up by the Constitution and the law.

2020-11-22 22:45:15 UTC

I agree @Repeat i bet both democrats and republicans are guilty - someone has to go down for violating the vote

2020-11-22 22:45:24 UTC

once machine count and one hand count and the difference is a few hundred votes

2020-11-22 22:45:32 UTC

If not, this will not set a good precedent

2020-11-22 22:46:26 UTC

The swamp runs deep...

2020-11-22 22:46:44 UTC

AGreed

2020-11-22 22:47:11 UTC

How is making up baseless claims about fraud just to then declare fraud even after the courts reject your claims a good thing? This means every election the loser will use the same tactic as long as they have the house, this sets a precedent that votes don’t matter in the general election the house decides the election every time @GregInHouston2

2020-11-22 22:47:14 UTC

People should be prosecuted, if anything illegal can be proven. Any American should want that regardless of affiliation.

2020-11-22 22:47:31 UTC

@Repeat for what reason do you want people arrested for

2020-11-22 22:47:39 UTC

The key word there is proven... not alleged.
