I think no matter the outcome millions of people will be disappointed. If they can prove the election was rigged, the left won't accept the outcome. Trump was a baby and he cried until he got his way blah blah. Trillions of dollars are invested in this scheme if it's real (something Sidney said along the way) and they may very well have the power to delegitimize everything Trump and his legal team are trying with all their might to prove.

They still have to present evidence and usually appeals courts don’t accept any new evidence , their current evidence is meritless @Repeat
I don't think state courts matter. If they win in state, the other side will appeal.
Not to stray too off topic here, but if this investigation and these claims turn out to be not enough, and Biden is the next president beyond a reasonable doubt, I'm a little concerned for the direction he looks to be heading.

I think trumps plan and R & R alluded to is just to make a mess of everything and just declare that there was fraud. Then just kick it to the house where they just vote on party lines. So they bypass any fact finding portion and ignore the initial “courts decide elections” thing because they have nothing that actually holds up in court
