@linuxace The first of the year?? All of the data has been ready for analysis for a while now. Recounts have been ordered and completed or about to be completed. People have been offering rewards and whistleblowers are rewarded handsomely (the USPS guy had a GoFundMe reach $150K in 2 days. If anyone was going to come forward, they would have by now and anyone that comes forward now is unlikely to have any evidence to back up their claims. What do expect to happen with 6 more weeks?

2020-11-23 01:38:33 UTC

Yep. I could have sworn that he read my comment live on stream 😄

2020-11-23 01:38:38 UTC

😄

She claims to have the evidence, so she couldn’t be a victim of disinformation since she’s seen the “evidence”

2020-11-23 01:39:29 UTC

@Zuluzeit She's a criminal lawyer, not a civil lawyer.

Has anyone watched this? I think it does a good job of summarizing a lot of the circumstantial evidence

2020-11-23 01:40:24 UTC

@liftandstudy, you just advanced to level 2!

2020-11-23 01:40:48 UTC

I don't think that is the issue. The issue is how long it takes to organize the evidence to make a compelling case. My view is that IF the evidence exists, we are still within reasonable time scales for that evidence to be processed, prepared, and presented. That doesn't mean the evidence doesn't exist even though it may not, just too early for those of us out of the loop to make that determination.

2020-11-23 01:40:52 UTC

@DrSammyD I'm not sure that is an acceptable excuse, if one presumes to insinuate themself into this very, very important issue.

2020-11-23 01:41:15 UTC

It's not an excuse, it's an explanation of why she's susceptible to it

2020-11-23 01:41:37 UTC

I get it. Js, she went to law school.

2020-11-23 01:41:52 UTC

That and her trying to parlay her success as a Trumpian Lawyer into some sort of politician.

2020-11-23 01:41:53 UTC

I dunno, I was just explaining what I thought Sammy was saying

2020-11-23 01:42:28 UTC

But, Trump did her a favor of not having to present her case in court and get laughed out of there.

2020-11-23 01:42:42 UTC

Lol oh yes

2020-11-23 01:43:36 UTC

There's a reason that Georgia was SUPER happy to do a recount and confirm the numbers which Dominion reported.

2020-11-23 01:43:38 UTC

It is possible that Trump had some confidential intelligence that Powell was being played and that is what prompted the shift.

2020-11-23 01:43:46 UTC

Maybe she will astonish us all, yet.

2020-11-23 01:44:09 UTC

Not so much on the signatures

2020-11-23 01:44:19 UTC

Powell's main witness was Ramsland, who was the one that presented evidence that mixed up MI and MN. This might be the backlash. The only one that is able to make a fool of themselves and get away with it in Trump's eyes is Rudy, apparently.

2020-11-23 01:44:21 UTC

if she was going to astonish, she's taking her sweet time to do it

2020-11-23 01:44:46 UTC

I’m sorry at what point is it acceptable for a lawyer to put in doubt the whole election process of the United States, without presenting any evidence or even compelling arguments. To call in question the democracy and elections of the US has ramifications around the world, this is not a small matter.

2020-11-23 01:44:47 UTC

Lol poor Rudy. Caricature of himself.

2020-11-23 01:45:50 UTC

Have you read our Federalist papers? Our whole system is built on distrust of government.

2020-11-23 01:46:08 UTC

my understanding is that at one point GA didn't have paper ballots for votes cast on election day via the machine and they upgraded their whole system such that there was a paper trail, that the voters themselves could see, and that could be counted by hand to rule out any fraud by the machines

2020-11-23 01:46:54 UTC

Have you read the anti-federalist papers showing that most of that rhetoric was a lie?

2020-11-23 01:47:23 UTC

@linuxace That's why we have laws, controls and processes to manage them to which we can point in situations such as these.

2020-11-23 01:47:25 UTC

Challenging the validity of the process in courts is his right, making a spectacle of it isn’t. The way he’s conducted himself has already had implications on other nations around the world where he US preaches fair elections and democracy.

2020-11-23 01:47:36 UTC

They predicted basically everything that's happened to the destruction of our rights.

2020-11-23 01:47:57 UTC

If you watched her interviews over the past 2 weeks, she said the exact same thing in every one. Her consistency was machine like.

2020-11-23 01:48:15 UTC

Yes, one month before. Exactly word to word was predicted

2020-11-23 01:48:32 UTC

in the end it will show that our system is strong ... will only reflect badly on Trump if there is no evidence of fraud

2020-11-23 01:49:03 UTC

Unfortunately the damage is already done. Case and point: Belarus.

2020-11-23 01:49:03 UTC

@AdamS, you just advanced to level 3!

2020-11-23 01:49:09 UTC

I have. I see different ideas of how government should operate. Either opinion is not falsifiable and it is arguable whether the anti-federalist papers have a stronger bent toward distrust of government.

2020-11-23 01:50:22 UTC

@TaLoN132 Yes, there is no weaseling out of her claims. That's why they cut ties. If they had a smoking gun and she presented it, you bet your ass they'd be throwing a parade for her at the Presidential Medal of Freedom ceremony.

2020-11-23 01:51:10 UTC

I don't have any sympathy for people, whatever their origin, who can't separate politics from legal processes. If they can't perform that task they probably shouldn't be participating in self government.

2020-11-23 01:52:52 UTC

Again, hard to say. I worked for the Federal government for years including many three letter agencies. So many of the decisions made are counterintuitive. It may be she wants credit all to herself and is not sharing the evidence out of self interest. More likely the evidence is lacking but that doesn't mean there aren't other explanations that prove to be true in the end.

2020-11-23 01:53:01 UTC

I disagree, at least in terms of the election, damage to the country will come from another source, one in which none of the politicians will be wiling to deal with until it's too late

2020-11-23 01:53:36 UTC

My position is that the greatest damage will come from loss of faith in our governing institutions.

2020-11-23 01:54:51 UTC

You don’t understand democracy. Shouting victory from the rooftops is what dictators do. I don’t have sympathy for Donald trump who cannot differentiate between fact and fiction. When preaching. Democracy, fair elections and rights around the world then maybe clean up house first before preaching. And if the preaching has to continue then maybe handle it better
