Side effect of dementia

2020-11-23 09:16:33 UTC

And Trump appointed the head of the FBI and Bill Barr...why haven’t they done anything? Did Trump order the FBI to sit on the Laptop because it had no evidence ?

2020-11-23 09:17:10 UTC

Unlikely, since pedophile arrests have gone up under his watch

Signs of dementia

alright guys, have a good night, nice chatting with you all!

2020-11-23 09:20:30 UTC

Goodnight

@Repeat Just watched the Ukraine video that your posted in new-submissions.... Well, that was clear as mud. There was not one incriminating thing in the Biden phone calls. I was laughing, though, by his obvious misunderstanding about the dog catching the car analogy. Why would Sec of Treasury Mnuchin levy sanctions against an individual on behalf of Senate Democrats and tell him that he couldn't have his $13B back because the loss should have been covered by insurance? They talked about providing proof about transfers of Billions of dollars to the Biden family? The screen shots were unreadable. I wonder what his comments in the end about exacting his revenge on Joe Biden was all about. That was weird. I found the whole thing very convoluted. It seemed like a very cheap production in a small office with plastic chairs. His witness with the black mask on was obviously reading from a script - he kept having to squint to read it. Towards the end, he was talking about 449Kg of evidence being burned by the outgoing prosecutor or something - I tried to figure out what he meant, but it wasn't clear. This was like a bad Borat impression. I would like to see the proof that was promised without that, it is not very compelling.

@NoobDad With the depths that Giuliani has fallen to and the fact that Steve Bannon had possession of the hard drive, too. If there was any smoking gun on the laptop, they would not have hesitated a nanosecond to release it. They have had their copy of the hard drive since August, according to Bannon. There's no need to wait on the FBI. And if there was anything on the hard drive that provided proof or even the appearance of proof of anyone being abused - especially if it was a minor - and they have not done everything in their power to get whoever was involved behind bars to ensure not one more person or child were harmed, then they are almost as despicable. On the flipside, if there is nothing that suggests or confirms abuse of any kind on the hard drive and they have allowed those allegations to perpetuate in the RWEC because it benefited them politically, then you have proof the kind of scum Giuliani, Bannon, and anyone else who knows are... To allow someone to be falsely portrayed as at pedophile is utterly reprehensible. I can't imagine any person of integrity not feeling the same way.

@TaLoN132 that obama trump golf chart is pretrty useless, obama went a bunch of other places, so focusing on just golf is just their way of manipulating the data.
ando n the ukraine thing, i mean biden was told by amasadors he had huge conflicts of intersts, the strok arming of shokin who was doing good job fighting corruption was pretty obvious . https://ukrainegate.info/part-1-a-not-so-solid-prosecutor/

2020-11-23 10:32:38 UTC

this chat is impresively hard to keep up with

2020-11-23 11:16:33 UTC

did they figure it out https://youtu.be/vOKFZeZ6y5g

2020-11-23 12:00:51 UTC

that video is full of holes and assumptions

2020-11-23 12:06:50 UTC

Most of the Trump lawyers were not on board with Sidney about the Dominion software information. Sidney is a criminal defense lawyer and has no experience with politics; she fell for a trap that was set.

2020-11-23 12:11:29 UTC

Trump's lawyers are pinning their hopes on the signatures. In elections, 3% of the mail in ballots are rejected because the signatures do not match. In the swing states, it was less that .1%. That is the margin of Biden's victory. That is normal. That is how Obama won his Senate seat. And that's if the stories about the 100s of thousands of Biden only ballots being trucked in during the wee morning hours is false. If it is true then there is NO WAY those signatures are going to match. It will be well over 3%.

2020-11-23 12:11:37 UTC

Then things get interesting.

2020-11-23 14:03:19 UTC

yeah but when I scroll thru it and look at what was discussed overnight it's the same ole topics that have been discussed many times before

2020-11-23 14:08:38 UTC

the problem is at this point those signatures are separated from the ballots, so what are they going to ask the court to do? toss out ALL the mail-in ballots? maybe those ballots are now mixed in with the in person ballots, so toss out everything based on a small number of unmatched signatures? and this has to be large number of signatures for MI and PA, 100k plus and they have to get court wins for this in at least three states I believe ... don't see this happening

2020-11-23 14:11:52 UTC

that's why it's high stakes, yes

2020-11-23 14:11:52 UTC

@nachik, you just advanced to level 4!

2020-11-23 14:12:23 UTC

in theory, the fact that observers were kicked out would invalidate all main-in ballots coming afterwards - no questions asked

2020-11-23 14:12:50 UTC

in practice, this would be a scandal and I doubt any courts will dare to do it

2020-11-23 14:13:55 UTC

essentially that is a successful coup and something that should have been foreseen and prevented

2020-11-23 14:15:04 UTC

No one counted ballots without observers.

2020-11-23 14:15:47 UTC

kicked out of which places for how long ... one precinct worth of votes is not enough to change anything

2020-11-23 14:18:36 UTC

at least this hasn't been proven in court ... I think there was some case where they claimed their observers weren't there but I think court's response was that they had to show observers had tried to do their job and weren't allowed to do so ... the counting of votes must let observers in but they don't have to wait for the observers to show up

2020-11-23 14:20:07 UTC

there have been some court wins where the distance the observers had to stand away from the voter counters was changed from 25 feet to 6 feet

2020-11-23 14:21:05 UTC

allegedly from some of the most populous precincts in a coordinated manner, for which there would be strong evidence (one of Giuliani's 3 cases)

2020-11-23 14:21:10 UTC

enough to flip the election

2020-11-23 14:22:08 UTC

but as I said before, it's dubious that the courts will have what it takes to enforce that, regardless how strong the case

2020-11-23 14:22:39 UTC

and so far the cases have been very weak

2020-11-23 14:23:54 UTC

one case, one state is not going to change anything ... going to take multiple cases, multiple states

2020-11-23 14:24:37 UTC

"Most Republicans in Congress have been reluctant to suggest that President Trump concede the presidential election to Democrat Joe Biden. They argue that it's best to let Trump expend his legal options before they apply too much pressure.

That pressure has been building and it could be about to go bust this week, with key states certifying the vote totals and making their results official.

Michigan and Pennsylvania are set to do so Monday, and Nevada will on Tuesday. Arizona and Wisconsin have certification deadlines next week.

Biden is ahead by more than 155,000 votes in Michigan, by more than 81,000 in Pennsylvania and by more than 33,000 in Nevada." https://www.npr.org/2020/11/23/937802054/trump-is-running-out-of-time-as-key-states-set-to-certify-that-biden-won

2020-11-23 14:25:37 UTC

hammer may drop today ... after these states certify their results it will put up or shut up time for the Trump legal team

2020-11-23 14:26:38 UTC

Prepare to be underwhelmed.

2020-11-23 14:32:55 UTC
2020-11-23 14:36:25 UTC

I guess I should say it's already been put up or shut up time and they haven't been putting up compelling evidence in court and they haven't been shutting up about wild allegations of massive coordinated fraud in public ... pretty sure that's all coming to an end early this week ... the rebuke of Powell was the start of the exit strategy

2020-11-23 14:37:43 UTC

Chris Christie's comments yesterday were also a sign that this is coming to an end very soon

2020-11-23 14:38:46 UTC

@nachik there were republican observers in the room , If any republican observers got kicked out it was most likely for reasons similar to this https://abcnews.go.com/Politics/wireStory/wisconsin-officials-trump-observers-obstructing-recount-74339030

Either way that law suit was thrown out because the official observers were in the room

2020-11-23 14:42:29 UTC

and even those observers in Wisconsin are not getting kicked out

2020-11-23 14:43:39 UTC

Yeah
