Hey guys did you see this?
https://www.supremecourt.gov/about/circuitassignments.aspx
@RobertGrulerEsq can you discuss this on your show? What the ramifications of this could be? And has Georgia officially certified? Thank you and your show is awesome!
Also have you guys seen this analysis of the Dominion network?
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ficae6x1Q5A&has_verified=1&ab_channel=CDMedia
I think Sidney Powell is getting an affidavit from him: Russell Ramsland
@RobertGrulerEsq Great show tonight! If you want an in-depth look at Dominion, Russell Ramsland has an excellent presentation on the findings from his security analysis. It involves vote switching and you can see it happen LIVE on CNN. He has an example of this in the video. The software is in use by many state websites, and he goes to the URL and proves with a WHOIS search that the server is located in Frankfurt, Germany. Also in the video. On top of that, Sidney Powell is using him as an expert witness and had him sign an affidavit.

@meglide The machines can print their own ballots
And even then, they stopped counting. They could have tweaked the numbers and then brought the absentee ballots for the eventual audit
here is PBS special on Georgia voting machines a few weeks before presidential election:
https://therightscoop.com/video-pbs-newshour-did-piece-on-dominion-voting-system-before-the-election-and-what-they-found-was-troubling/
@meglide and anybody else here, check the vote swapping happen live:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lL-3wY8FjAI&ab_channel=APJ
it happened with trump as well, 16k votes were swapped.
Lol, in the show today.... didn't Dominion say it had no ties with SCYTL?
check this out, you can see it in your own browser!
look in top right corner, lol
Georgia elections site
It's on the Georgia website - check it out: https://sos.ga.gov/index.php/elections
Turn on Developer Tools, go to this site: https://sos.ga.gov/index.php/Elections/current_and_past_elections_results
it's .GOV - so it's georgia site. Then click on "2010->Current Results" on left side, then click on: "General Election Nov. 3rd"
It redirects you to SCTYL site.
@TaLoN132 yes, but as you can clearly see, the votes are being tabulated on a non .gov server.
it redirects to: results.enr.clarityelections.com
So... Dominion is saying they have no ties with SCYTL, but SCYTL is what tabulates their results
I guess they can get around it like that, but SCYTL is definitely used in the election process
IN Mandarin
ha
@TaLoN132 There's already been research done on this, it tabulates it. I'm just now trying it for the first time.
He covers the architecture
I work in software engineering, it looks legit
Right, yea, now that I think of it, Dominion can say they're not tied to SCYTL, so it would take an integrated solution if you wanted to remotely change the votes
Change the vote tally, but then you would have to make sure Dominion machines would print the ballots, or you would have to drop them off yourself
The reason I bring up SCYTL is because if I remember correctly, there is a server that feeds the Edison feed
Tha'ts why there are vote swaps on live TV. The data is not corrected, it's just a raw stream.
You can access the data here too: https://static01.nyt.com/elections-assets/2020/data/api/2020-11-03/race-page/michigan/president.json
this is from new york times feed - you can see the swaps in here too
No I haven't, do you have a link?
Ahh, what did you goole?
@TaLoN132 Nice, I'm aspiring architect and full stack developer. The architecture Russell explains seems legitimate, it's a half-cocked solutions that you usually see with customers
the voting machines could print a different option
In the video it even shows a UI produced for operators to swap votes
but what happens when they submit it
@Benny2Toes it's okay
In the video it shows some code
@CurlyNan yep
@TaLoN132 What about the envelopes? For absentee ballots isn't there double verification?
@TaLoN132 double verificaiton of envelopes then they are seperated?
So if you want to fraud the system, you would have SCYTL tabulate extra votes that feeds news, sites, everything, but you keep tabs on how many votes you need...
and that's where those mystery deliveries come in
Basically the counters would have to be in on it.
So That's what Trump means by Signature Verification
He doesn't want to match ballot to envelop, I think he just wants to count both piles
yea, but then they're separated, and the ballot is by itself at that point
All the swing states stopped counting
Secretary of STate of GA was sued by Democratic party and settled to change the law, he didn't have authority to change the law.
@TaLoN132 I know. But they don't throw the envelopes away.
They shouldn't
@TaLoN132 Regardless, why did they make observers stand so far away? And why did they only allow one observer for 10 tables?
@TaLoN132 Counting was vulnerable to fraud.
@TaLoN132 The paper ballot system could be airtight, from the in-person voting, but it was the absentee voting that poses a problem.
@TaLoN132 And here is evidence of potentially fraudulent ballots:
https://www.ntd.com/georgia-poll-worker-says-she-found-pristine-batch-of-ballots-that-went-98-for-joe-biden_529959.html
Absentee ballots generally were not volunteer, they were spammed to people
If they are volunteer, then yes, the stats make sense, but absentee ballots getting bulk mailed to voters led to many errors all around the nations, misplaced piles, thrown-away piles, stolen piles.
And that's what happened
Who knows who got a hold of those
Lol, headline got me, most were elderly who received it, but they had to check a box.
@TaLoN132 here it is. 7 million absentee applications were sent out and this is whre the influx came in. The problem is the applications didn't reach all recipients. The increased demand of absentee voters created a nice big number to cover any fraudulent ballots they injected.
https://www.ajc.com/news/state--regional-govt--politics/absentee-voting-program-embraced-georgia-voters-then-abandoned/hkNttNsgXlaYZXjUatnvjK/
@TaLoN132 like the article says, though, this was the first time for Georgia. here is from the affidavit of woman who saw pristine ballots:
You can read along: https://www.courtlistener.com/docket/18632787/6/4/wood-v-raffensperger/
@TaLoN132 wow! read it.
She goes into more detail, like having to sign chain of custody even though the machines weren't there yet. She was also treated diffrently from other counters, and saw that they weren't following protocol
Well it depends how many she saw. It was only 12k difference
But it's getting late, it was nice talking to you. Please watch this video, let me know what you think:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ficae6x1Q5A&t=183s&ab_channel=CDMedia
I'm hoping @RobertGrulerEsq comments on it.
They were not following protocol, though, so that's what concerns me, doesn't give me much confidence
They raked Russell through the coals because his affidavit had some dumb mistakes.... ugh... but it has nothing to do with the video itself, he did a study on Texas elections when they were using the software. Very interesting!
He gets dirty with the details too. It's awesome
ahh i see
well goodnight!
Good morning all! I'm rewatching this informative video:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ficae6x1Q5A&t=183s&has_verified=1&ab_channel=CDMedia
It's a detailed security analysis of Dominion and Smartmatic. If you want to know the actual technical argument that will be posed by Sidney, you can check it out. I can also give highlights.
I wouldn't be surprised if Russell Ramsland, the consultant brought on to evaluate Dominion, is the reason why Texas is no longer using Dominion.
FYI: This study was based on a past election. He did a study where he compared logging messages from a Dallas polling station and a San Antonio polling stations. Dallas, predominantly republican, San Antonio predominantly Democrat. This apple to apple comparison was used to determine if the software was buggy
But as you can see, in Dallas, there were more inconsistencies then San Antonio
It led them to believe that something suspicious was going on.
So this is what they did. They took the entire log, and they start tabulating the votes themselves based on that. They would flag any transaction that didn't make sense. The table above displays their results.
Notice that the "Votes exceed ballots" is flagged 1027 times.
@Maw It's more complicated than that. There are multiple companies, multiple patches that can be executed.
It's not just one simple image that's baked into the machine
This is just the beginning of the video, lol
This is what made them suspect of the software
While running their software, 1027 TIMES, not votes, times, they flagged an error where the votes exceeded their running tally of ballots
no, it's the log
it's not a single vote, they were taking data from precincts
They also found that 96 times, someone overwrote the data with USB sticks that didn't match the previous data
After their analysis, Russell's firm started to research. here are prior reports that also reported on voting machine vulnerabilities.
