All these sorts of arguments are vulnerable to recounts

2020-11-24 14:44:04 UTC

we deal with trump like a child, step by step 😊

2020-11-24 14:44:53 UTC

(Continues from Part 1)

Because of the very low number of ballots selected for an Audit of 2% of the vote in precincts and voting centers (remember most votes in Arizona were cast in Early Voting locations around the counties, in Maricopa County 73.81%, and just 6.47% done on Election Day).

My contentions align with the need to have clean, inspected and calibrated scanners, as well as high-speed tabulation machines. The ballot folding issue needs to be researched more to find a solution in missing the voter’s selection above and below the fold, or maybe pre-folded areas around the ballot should not be used because of the frequencies of Undervote from that area, or just don’t fold the ballots in the first place. Ballots need to be constructed with self-auditing methodology to alert the operation that miscounting is taken place because of “Dirty machines” which need to be taken Out-of-Service for maintenance, cleaning, calibration and inspection, then re-Certified for reintroduction for tabulation service.

In Florida each voting location have one or multiple scanners so that the votes are tabulated real-time. There isn’t a need to bundle up the ballots, transport them to a main center. Once the polls close the Precinct uploads their results to the county election center, who accumulate voter totals for the entire country and forward those results up to the state election center. If re-Scanning (a Recount is necessary, the prescient can just rescan).

Bro just link the damn twitter instead of blind pasting and not talking

2020-11-24 14:45:25 UTC

Are you a bot?

2020-11-24 14:45:50 UTC

( @Maw does that count as ad hominem?)

2020-11-24 14:46:53 UTC

Hahaha only if he's actually a bot. It's a touchy subject.

2020-11-24 14:51:07 UTC

Don't ask, don't tell.

2020-11-24 15:00:40 UTC

*ad robotem

2020-11-24 15:05:53 UTC

@ScottSnowden regarding your other comment of ballots being run through the tabulation machines multiple times by taping over the ballot’s security or certificate number to try stopping the tabulation equipment from auditing multiple passes through the tabulation process.

That would assume that those security measures are in place and that data captured, updated and distributed around the centers for marking duplication of votes from being introduced into the count.

I don’t think these procedures are in place, but trusting the operation/personal from allowing those events for occurring, accidentally or on purpose.

Trust, but verify... then re-verify the verified... then audit to insure that errors and fraud doesn’t occur.

2020-11-24 15:08:36 UTC

have a good look at the numbers your self.. demo thieves

2020-11-24 15:08:46 UTC

Hi

2020-11-24 15:08:47 UTC

@Watching the Watchers Is there a practice/art by really good lawyers to argue a case to lose at a local level in order to push the case up to a higher court where they intend to present a more effective argument for a win?

2020-11-24 15:09:55 UTC

Yes Realz ...

2020-11-24 15:10:26 UTC

Mourning all.

2020-11-24 15:10:38 UTC

Yes, I mispelled it.

2020-11-24 15:10:57 UTC

How you doin

2020-11-24 15:14:15 UTC

Uncovering the ugly. Maricopa County, Arizona Certified their results ... well there too their Official Reports have errors and holes in them after being attested to as being True & Honest.

2020-11-24 15:16:51 UTC

Even the local new services believe the Board of Election, who went before the Board of Supervisors saying its done, we did a great job. Signed off as CERTIFIED.

2020-11-24 15:17:26 UTC

You think they are lying?

2020-11-24 15:17:33 UTC

Where were all the conservatives demanding recounts and audits in 2016 when the margins were even closer. It’s like they all decided to by hyper vigilant all of a sudden about voting, seems odd

2020-11-24 15:18:12 UTC

You can't expect a partisan to police himself

2020-11-24 15:18:52 UTC

I suppose

2020-11-24 15:19:44 UTC

This problem has been around for years, always blaming the VOTERS for the Overvote and Undervote. It is the system

2020-11-24 15:20:28 UTC

Under the current logic being used by conservatives trump should not have been elected without such measures being taken

2020-11-24 15:21:03 UTC

How about we just look at the data... then let the chips fall as they may. Come on Man!

2020-11-24 15:21:49 UTC

That kind of thing would easily be caught in a hand recount though

2020-11-24 15:22:18 UTC

Yeah unless it’s a conservative politicians then just let it slide but make a huge deal if a non conservative gets elected.

2020-11-24 15:23:24 UTC

Think, reason and find better ways of doing things... don’t hid it under the box, but exposed to the light of day. But upmost, quit blaming the Voters!

2020-11-24 15:23:25 UTC

@Dan_Sundin, you just advanced to level 4!

2020-11-24 15:24:05 UTC

Fix the system PERIOD.

2020-11-24 15:24:11 UTC

Weren’t the voters disenfranchised when the post office was tried to be slowed down so ballots would not arrive in time

2020-11-24 15:24:20 UTC

It’s not the voters fault the post office is slow

2020-11-24 15:24:23 UTC

They did their part

2020-11-24 15:24:44 UTC

Yet the post office ( a government entity) can be used as a weapon against voters

2020-11-24 15:26:20 UTC

@Dan_Sundin the system is no where near as broken as trump hopefuls would have you believe. No where near enough to change the results of an election

2020-11-24 15:27:07 UTC

@james j
1. I think it's the 'losing' side's obligation to bring any challenges they see as valid to the table, this time it's us.
2. Democrats and Green party did bring challenges to the table in 2016, recounts were conducted, nothing came of them.
3. Dems then proceeded to prosecute a totally bogus narrative of a stolen election in collusion with Putin for 2 more years, citing almost zero evidence, and what evidence was cited came from sketchy Dem oppo research. I don't se us doing that to Biden, although the corruption allegations brought by Bubolinski and Hunter's hard drive should be investigated thoroughly.

2020-11-24 15:27:08 UTC

Too funny Rigged USPS to blame now. Slow mail delivery. Got any more stories. I’ll wait.

2020-11-24 15:29:12 UTC

@stevesirag no the comparison is false. Russian interference with the election was proven via online influence. That is not in dispute. However trump being indebted to Russia was not proven nor were investigators able to gain access to see address the issue. Either way no one in 2016 attacked the voting process itself. Also when it comes to hunter Biden there are tons of conservatives and trump fans yelling for investigations
