But the have to show that they have enough evidence that it is more likely than not to make their case. You wouldn't risk not getting to that point by laying out a circumstantial case without the connective tissue - if you actually have proof of malfeasance - just to wait to make you case in court. The last few weeks have shown that this is a bad strategy.

I think it would result in all future elections being decided in the House. The candidate who's party has more than 26 majority delegations will just tie everything up in court to make sure their opponent doesn't get 270 and ,Voila!, guaranteed win every time.

I personally think people are really reaching with all these fraud claims, it would have more traction if it highlights things like impropriety, negligence and errors.

Why are this cases being seen by a judge so fast?. . People wait in jail years to see their cases heard.

Because of the deadlines that need to be met.

The judges so far have almost always thrown them out without an evidentiary hearing.

But the deadlines, even said by RBG are theoretical.

It's filed under important and under deadline the court is being forced to answer within time alotted or face charges on a higher level of court intervention

I think it was all part of the plan... Trump asserting that there would be rampant fraud for 7 months got all of his supporters to be in the mindset to assume it is absolutely going to happen. Most of these people coming forward are reporting things that can easily be explained away if not for the expectation of malfeasance.
