I read or heard at one point that there might be some changes based in science that kind of throws wrench into the whole XX/XY dichotomy. There is apparently a gene that will over ride the gender chromosomes that will result in a XY physical female and a XX physical male. It was fascinating. Maybe @Doc knows more...

@Doc Do you not think some configuration of fetal development in the range between typical male and typical female ( I believe we all develop in the womb as female first) . There can be a point on the continuum where you have someone with xy chromosomes but as you develop you develop as a male physical but the brain does not develop into a typical make brain
