Do you happen to have a link handy to the Ruling, by chance? I can look it up, of course. Just being lazy... 😄
I don't think the link to the ruling actually exist...looked last night
Perhaps now
If anyone finds it please post
R and r and other lawyers have been saying this for a week
Thanks!
I believe it
No problem. It rolled through on a podcast i watch so there's most likely other sites too. I'll check the state government website in a minute.

OPINION NOT REPORTED
That ruling has already been appealed to the PA SC. It will be interesting how this plays out. They are not likely to want to throw out the vote.
Man i was just about to post that haha
If they say "this is illegal, but the results won't change" then I have lost all faith in the judicial system
As painful as it will be, the courts need to uphold the law
It's a full-time job trying to keep track of all this.
Nah. Crooked Pubs did that on purpose so they could invalidate the election, if it didn't go their way. The people can see through it.
@DeathRhodes666 you mean you have lost faith in your government to fulfill all technical requirements needed to finish a legislative process
One thing's for sure State legislatures need to clarify the interface between executive Board of Elections legislature and judicial
@Zuluzeit right that’s the hilarious thing . It was republicans that started the process and never finished it (maybe on purpose for this very reason)
@james j Yup. Making any claim I want based on my desires is super, super easy. Anyway, I'm suspicious. Therefore malfeasance.
@DeathRhodes666 do you understand what happened though
I've never had faith in government nor trust in it. I would be a fool to do so. I would lose faith in the judicial system if they ruled these changes are unconstitutional but the results stemming from the unconstitutional changes is still acceptable. That's not how things work.
Yeah but do you understand what happened @DeathRhodes666
That shouldn't be how things work in the judicial system. It's basically acknowledging the error but turning a blind eye towards it and not fixing it
I get the point you making but do you understand what actually happened @DeathRhodes666
A lawsuit was filed, Governor rammed through the changes before the hearings/procedures were followed, and now it's biting them in the ass
There's plenty of precedent for this... For decades in the South, massive voter suppression was proven, but courts - though finding the cases valid - would not overturn the current election and instead tried to influence future ones. This "kick the can" approach was ineffective and required the US Congress to act with the Voting Rights Act. I am paraphrasing, but I think this is essentially correct.
The reason why it’s unconstitutional is because they never held a procedural vote. This change was made in 2019. It wasn’t a rushed thing @DeathRhodes666
So the governor accepted the changes, procedures weren't followed, lawsuit is now filed, and it's biting them in the ass. Had my order wrong
@DeathRhodes666, you just advanced to level 3!
I think what you are talking about is the mail in vote extension that only effects 10000 votes. What they are talking about now is that all mail in votes are unconstitutional @DeathRhodes666
It was like his second to last video
???
Yeah it might be the white pill of hope
