They have to come up with tangible intentional fraud not the error type stuff

2020-12-02 04:12:59 UTC

Im not saying they did a good or bad job. I simple said that election fraud allegations have ALWAYS been investigated by the FBI. Even if Trump "directed" them to do it they should have been doing it (and were) already

2020-12-02 04:14:18 UTC

And so far I have seen nothing but allegations. They are doing it backwards. They claim fraud and then go out and try to find evidence to support their position.

2020-12-02 04:14:53 UTC

Its like they are assuming its fraudulent

2020-12-02 04:14:57 UTC

The 1st string lawyers did it right there just wasnt much meat to work with

2020-12-02 04:15:10 UTC

If anybody's interested, here's the counting... er... sorry, "uploading" that occurred in Fulton county the night of the election after they told observers they would stop counting an resume in the morning at 10:25PM. https://bitcadia.github.io/DownBallot/GAprecincts.html

2020-12-02 04:15:24 UTC

These 2 depts have really not been up to snuff - lots of irregularities there as well

2020-12-02 04:16:50 UTC

Trump really did treat the Justice Department like his personal lawyers.

2020-12-02 04:16:52 UTC

Well... look... what is the remedy? I mean, I dont think there was fraud at least nothing widespread or effective. But even assuming there was a little, what is the remedy?

The lawsuits are arguing that the Plaintiffs (voters, electors, candidates) were disenfranchised. So now they want to Courts to disenfranchised tens of millions more people by tossing all the votes out?

2020-12-02 04:17:30 UTC

Usually the remedy is to throw out the fraud

2020-12-02 04:17:33 UTC

It takes time for all the evidence to come pouring in. They had to process all the people with their affidavits, etc. They are trying to do this in record time.

2020-12-02 04:18:29 UTC

Right... to throw out the fraud (the fraudulent votes) but they havent proven any exist. Even if they did they can't be throwing out ALL mail in ballots because the overwhelming majority of those voters followed the law

2020-12-02 04:18:33 UTC
2020-12-02 04:18:54 UTC

well suppose they stuff the ballot box in GA ... there were 46k ballots cast top of the ticket that are NOT reflected in the down line voting (i.e. didn't mark anything down line) ... almost all went toward Biden ... actually all GA website is displaying is votes NOT ballots so I'm assuming that total top of ticket is total ballots ... interestingly enough there are about 50k+ folks that voted Libertarian in the Senate race that went for Biden for president ... almost every Rep Senate vote also went for Trump (again under my assumption) ... now this could be ballot stuffing or folks just voting top of ticket (that is likely as not)

2020-12-02 04:18:57 UTC

Ouch

2020-12-02 04:19:03 UTC

The remedy is to assume bad faith on the precincts for the entire count and throw out their ballots. If you don't want you ballot to be thrown out, make sure the election officials in your area are people who won't fraudulently count your ballots.

2020-12-02 04:20:05 UTC

That doesnt seem feasible

2020-12-02 04:20:21 UTC

No... that is not completely true. In the PA cases they wanted the court to strike down the mail in ballot law that was passed in 2019. That law has not changed since then. They knew it existed but they only complained about it when Trump lost. That sort of crap is barred via the Doctrine of Laches @TW20

2020-12-02 04:20:21 UTC

@JD~Jordan, you just advanced to level 2!

2020-12-02 04:20:57 UTC

The law did change but same same they should have ditched it pre election

2020-12-02 04:21:08 UTC

Explain to me how I am suppose to make sure of that?

2020-12-02 04:21:24 UTC

That is a ridiculous standard and certainly not a legal one

2020-12-02 04:22:00 UTC

So if Biden sends a person to your GOP heavy poll and makes a fraud boom throw them all out? 🤣

2020-12-02 04:22:23 UTC

That is basically what he is saying... its ridiculous

2020-12-02 04:22:51 UTC

Letting a person sabotage lots of votes is way worse than casting a single fraud vote

2020-12-02 04:23:17 UTC

And look... I watched one of those hearings today and one lady testified that the GOP lawyer advised her to challenge each and every ballot and in advance of them even looking at it. That is bad faith.

2020-12-02 04:23:45 UTC

That's been a voter intimidation theme for a while

2020-12-02 04:25:18 UTC

Thanks JD-Jordam. Well they need to revisit the Doctrine of Latches. PA has some crazy lawmakers writing this up.

2020-12-02 04:25:21 UTC

Did anyone see the press conference by that guy in GA today? Wow. He was on point.

2020-12-02 04:25:57 UTC

Who spoke in GA?

2020-12-02 04:26:39 UTC

No, Latches has been around forever. It prevents people from laying back and waiting on the outcome. It would be like me seeing a potential problem in the law but that problem might actually benefit me so I wait and see... if it benefits me I do nothing but if it doesn't I challenge it

2020-12-02 04:27:01 UTC

it is akin tot he clean hands doctrine.... dont be shady

2020-12-02 04:27:03 UTC

The doctrine of latches made sense to me they cant just be 1 million legal ballots tossed your rights have no meaning hahahaha

2020-12-02 04:27:17 UTC

I see. Thanks for the clarification JD

2020-12-02 04:27:24 UTC

Yeppers

2020-12-02 04:27:26 UTC

2020-12-02 04:27:53 UTC

And its hard to argue with his logic

2020-12-02 04:28:10 UTC

I saw highlights... He always handles himself well, I think.

2020-12-02 04:28:17 UTC

Is there a tldr of Gabriel's message I'm watching some tv 😅

2020-12-02 04:28:41 UTC
