That is simply not an accurate statement for a few reasons.
1. Non compliance with a law does not equal fraud. Fraud is an illegal act with the INTENT to defraud someone.
2. It does not appear to me there was any significant in secret counting... or any for that matter

According to the results of an investigation by the Sec of State's office, there was the required Independent observer there as they processed the ballots. There is no legal requirement to have either party's observer there.
The video lays that out clearly. Suitcases of ballots taken from out under the table, taken to be counted.

I sure did.... and the lady that said it is still being review is on Trumps legal team. They are still reviewing it. The matter has previously been investigated.

It went well beyond simply being critical, just saying.
Conservatives didn't burn down cities, loot and murder Trump supporters because of their political views. The left did that.

Georgia does require observers, as the lawmakers noted. Counting continued without GOP observers, in violation of the law.
