Donald Trump was popular and not hated until he announced he was running for the presidency. After beating Hillary, the hatred got much worse and has only gotten worse.

That is simply not an accurate statement for a few reasons.
1. Non compliance with a law does not equal fraud. Fraud is an illegal act with the INTENT to defraud someone.
2. It does not appear to me there was any significant in secret counting... or any for that matter

The video lays that out clearly. Suitcases of ballots taken from out under the table, taken to be counted.

I sure did.... and the lady that said it is still being review is on Trumps legal team. They are still reviewing it. The matter has previously been investigated.
